Our room was a really decent size and very comfortable. There was loads of choice at the breakfast buffet and the food was good. Rooftop pool was nice and not too crowded (we travelled in June). The massage service is quite pricey but worthwhile. It was about a 15minute walk into the centre of the city.

Some of the reception staff didn’t seem to know much. We arrived early and were told we couldn’t check in, asked to use the pool but needed a key to get in, then were told by a different person at reception there was a room ready which we could go to. On our first night the fire alarm went off on our floor and we had to use the stairs to go down, only to find the stairwell blocked at the bottom by two staff trollies. When we realised it was only our floor and went to reception to see if it was safe to go back to our room, I told them the stairs were blocked and they said it was ok because it wasn’t a real fire.

The hotel is new and modern with excellent facilities, the rooftop terrace is amazing, rooms very clean and comfortable, staff are really friendly. Very good value for the price paid. Would certainly stay again if I am back in Seville!

You have to go to the pool area early if you want a sun lounger, people leave towels on them and disappear for hours. It’s slightly out of the centre but can walk in about 10-15 mins.

Spacious, clean room and the location, underground parking. Within walking distance to the most attractions.

The staff who I dealt with seemed miserable and cold. It felt like they've have been forced to work there. When staff are miserable, it generally ruins your overall experience. Checking in took longer than it should have.

Nice modern hotel, rooms were fantastic. We got adjoining junior suite and double for our family. Service and attention was great. Parking convenient. A reasonable walk to sights.

Beds were slightly rickety

The location was perfect . 15 minutes walk to the centre and 25 minutes walk to the train station for Cordoba. We loved being in a quieter less touristy area , near to locals tapas bars and supermarkets . The hotel is modern with big bedrooms and a wonderful breakfast . All the staff - housekeeping , front reception , breakfast room were all so polite and friendly and hardworking ! Our room was huge and so quiet . We loved the carpeted corridors outside the bedrooms . We heard nothing . Thank you for upgrading us for my husbands birthday 😊👏👏

Nothing to complain about . It was perfect.

The hotel is very modern, and has a really good vibe to it. It's very quiet, conveniently located just outside Plaza de Espana and the accomodation, overall, is very good. The pool is also very convenient during hot summer time in Sevilla! The hotel parking garage is great, with regular sized parking space (which is already a plus versus many others in the city). It also has plenty of (paid) EV charging spots, for those wondering. The bedroom size is amazing, beds are huge and the bathroom as well.

The bedroom cleaning isn't impressive: room doesn't get vaccumed, and bedroom aren't done properly, quite amateur hour in all honestly. The pool bar service time is horrendously long: took us more than 45' to get a two club sandwiches. And this happened for two days.

I recently stayed at Hotel Gerald’s Center, a modern hotel in Seville, located about a 15-minute walk from the old city. The location is reasonably convenient, with good access to public transport, though I personally found it a little farther from the historic center than I’d have liked. The hotel itself is contemporary and well-equipped. The room was large, clean, and comfortably furnished, with a spacious double bed and plenty of pillows. The air conditioning worked excellently, which was much appreciated given the heat. There’s also a large TV, though it wasn’t a smart TV, so I couldn’t connect a device or stream services like Netflix. A standout feature was the rooftop pool and bar, offering fantastic views over the city—a real highlight during my stay. The onsite restaurant was also quite nice, with a good menu and pleasant atmosphere. However, there were some hiccups. Unfortunately, Seville experienced a major power outage on the day I arrived. While the manual check-in process was handled efficiently, the hotel’s water pump was down, meaning there was no running water in the bathroom initially. When I requested drinking water, the first response was to buy it myself from a local store—disappointing, especially under the circumstances. After some insistence, the duty manager reluctantly agreed to send a bottle of tap water to my room, though the attitude could have been more customer-focused. The window in the room was quite small and faced residential buildings, so not much in the way of views. Additionally, it would have been helpful to have bottled drinking water in the room upon arrival, particularly since it wasn’t clear whether tap water was safe to drink. The breakfast spread was extensive with a huge variety of both hot and cold dishes. Apart from the fact that the juices were not freshly squeezed we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. Despite these issues, the rest of the stay was fine.

The location is good to see the major sights and the hotel is comfortable and very clean . The rooms are a good size and the bathroom is lovely with a good walk in shower . We didn’t use the bar but it’s a lovely area as is the lobby . The staff were all very friendly and spoke good English as well as tolerating my not so good Spanish . Overall it’s good value and a pleasant comfortable stay .

The only thing we felt disappointed with was the breakfast . The hot counter had some things we really enjoyed ,like the tortilla , the roasted peppers , the grilled tomatoes , and there was a very good selection of food to choose from but the bread , pastries and cakes etc weren’t particularly good quality and quite tasteless . I have never encountered that in a four star hotel , especially in Spain .

- In terms of location, it was maybe a 25 minute walk to the train and shopping areas - but all the positives outweighed this minor negative

- Room was stunning and bathroom is amazing and hygienic too. - The beds and pillows are comfortable. - Staff is so friendly and helped us with every question we had! They gave us recommendations what to visit in the city and which restaurants to go to. - Location is perfect; it’s a 5 minutes walk to the bus station that goes to the airport. It’s a 10-15 minutes walk to the city to Real Alcazar where a lot of monuments are. - Breakfast is definitely worth it! They had a lot of variation and a daily special. - The pool is nice and well-maintained. Next to the pool there’s a rooftop terrace with a bar where you can order some drinks and food. Drinks and food are affordable and delicious. - There’s a possibility to loan towels to use at the pool. There’s a deposit of 10€/towel that you get back whenever you bring the towel back to the reception. - For the women out here: there’s a vanity which is perfect to get ready! - The air conditioning works perfectly; it was between 35-40 degrees Celcius in Sevilla and the room was always cool. - Bonus: the room is equiped with a speaker system in the room and bathroom which you can connect to your phone via Bluetooth

- The only thing that bothered us is that we got a room with 2 single beds shoved together with 2 seperate blankets while we booked a room with a double bed. For the rest, there is nothing negative to say! We enjoyed our stay here.
