Loved how spread out and clean the apartment was! All modern facilities were given. There were 3 bathrooms along with 3 bedrooms, which was really good for our big group. The bathroom size was also big enough. The area was safe, even late at night. There were several good restaurants nearby. And this property was located 10 mins walking from the major monuments area in Seville. Uber connectivity was good. The owner was helpful.

Nothing major! Except maybe the day we entered the apartment there was a bit of a fishy smell (which the owner offered to look into the next day) but it was alright in a few hours, and there were small ants coming into the sink area of the ground floor bathroom - but it was nothing like an infestation, you could just shoo them away!

It is a very complete apartment, with a perfect location close to the city center, very well distributed and complete. We were in the city for a few days for business and pleasure and we felt very welcome and comfortable. The location is easy as it is close to many restaurant options, shops, parking, and tourist attractions. The hosts were also super attentive with early check-in. I would come back whenever I needed to. I do recommend it!

Spacious apartment. 3 rooms 3 bathrooms. Fully equipped, modern, comfy beds. Nice area near the city centre. Easy check in with a code. Late check out with a fee.

One of the showers didnt have hot water. They should clean a little bit more.

The location was really nice, very close to the centre and the most important touristic places.

It could be very useful to put some new kitchen utensils, like new knives a bottle opener, wine glasses

The beds were very comfy and the three bathrooms were all modern and clean. The apartment is in a great location. It was just a ten minute walk to the city centre and Plaza España.

Some traffic noise at night but typical for the city centre location

Superb location and the Duplex was perfect for family of 5 with grown up children. We were visiting family, but a great base for visiting the Center, and all of Sevilla's fabulous landmarks and parks. Highly recommend these apartments and San Bernardo if visiting Sevilla. The hosts were excellent and on hand if we required anything all.

In general all excellent.

Well appointed, good value for money, clean, comfortable beds, well equipped, good communication from the owner Ignacio and when we had a problem with the hot water he got it sorted quickly.

A few mirrors in the bedrooms would have been useful.

The size of the property was on the big size which was great for all of us(4).The property was very close to the city and a few restaurants just over the road were fantastic.

The apartment is super clean and well decorated with comfortable beds, large bedrooms and each bedroom has a bathroom. A perfect vacation house in a good location.

Just the host did not provide enough comforters (if we would ask, they probably would send more).

Location. clean and spacious

WiFi did not work first night, fixed the next day. Although out of hosts control the lift worked day of arrival but still out of service when we left (Weds-Sat) which with all our luggage was a pain.
