The place is very nice and has all the amenities that you need. If the weather is nice (which was not our case) you can also have a drink on the terrace. At 7-10 minutes walk there is a Mercadona market where you can buy groceries to eat/drink at home and if you walk for about 30-40 minutes you can reach the city center. Also if you are a football fan, Real Betis stadium is close by in case there is a match.

There is no parking available at the property so we needed to find a suitable parking place, which was not that close to the accommodation.

I have been traveling in Spain for the last month, these were probably the most comfortable beds that I slept in during that time. It was awesome that it was so quiet as some of the places I stayed in, were very noisy with people talking outside the windows. I am extremely happy that it had very good air conditioning and yes, I would highly recommend staying here!

The only inconvenience is, that there was nowhere close to buy water, mostly about three blocks away.

This is a comfortable apartment with everything you need for a city stay. I particularly appreciated the balcony, as we preferred to cook and eat in. The kitchen is very well equipped and there's a supermarket nearby. Street parking was doable.

There's quite a lot of noise from the road outside. This could be problematic for light sleepers. We only used one of the bedrooms, which was good as the second one had a bit of a drain smell about it.

The rooms was spacious and clean. There was everything for a great stay. It was so nice to get coffee and some snacks. It is 20 minutes walking to Plaza de España and there is a bus station and a convenient store near. Definitely recommended!

There shower is projected without the door so the water splashed. Also ventilation in the bathroom is not the best.

The neighborhood it was located in was a place where very peaceful and visionary people lived. It was within walking distance to the center due to its location. It is the right choice for those who want to live as if they were in their own home in Seville. You can find all kinds of opportunities around.

The location of the apartment was ideal, only a 10 minute walk from the Parque de Maria Luisa and 20 minutes from Plaza de Espana. The shower was really spacious and clean. There was a fridge and some free sweets and a cafetiere to make some coffee. The bed was really comfy and clean!

We booked a double room but we were given a room with 2 beds, 1 double and 1 single. There was nothing wrong with that, just the room layout looked a bit weird and the space in general was dark, unlike from the photos. Also there was some building work outside and it was a bit noisy..

Building very nice looking on the outside. Host very helpful. AC on the livingroom and both bedrooms. Walking distance to Betis Stadium.

A bad smell on the small room. Not having a car park, they suggest one which worked fine, but is not very near and with Sevilla hot, the walk seems even bigger.

Quick access by bus to the town, only 20-30 minutes away. Responsive service and no problems during my stay. They also stored our luggage after check-out. great place to stay. downstairs restaurant is delicious too

15-20 minutes from the center, quite good location relatively with the price. Well epuipped, clean apartment, the terrace is amazing. Esmeralda was very helpful, we could leave our luggage way before the handover time.
