Not very good communication from staff help was limited but not really a big deal.

Easy yo find, secure parking, clean and spacious room.close.to amenities

No microwave or fridge in room

Good location - close to amenities, fast food places and restaurants. The metro line is also a short walk away. Room was clean and comfortable for the price range. Hotel was generally quiet, apart from a little traffic noise from the busy road and freeway - nothing too disturbing though.

It would have been nice to be able to purchase drinks and snacks from a vending machine. Coffee is only available from reception - a kettle in the room would have been much appreciated. These are only minor issues though.

Cleanliness was ok..

Front desk not really friendly.. I stayed for 1 day..my check out should be at 11,at 10am a housekeeping supervisor was telling me get ready to check out because they have to clean my room..she come back at 10:30 and nock to my door and told me again..I left the room on a hurry I forgot to return my keys at front desk..this is unacceptable..

Spacious room, free parking, 24H reception, helpful staff, A/C. Plenty of eateries and supermarkets within walking distance. Close to the freeway.

No fridge or microwave. The bathroom sink is lower than usual, seems to be made for short people.

Close to food and groceries.

no breakfast served, i asked the front desk receptionist about it. i do like the cleanliness. wish there was a fridge but thats okay. parking is nice. seems like a safe place .

the wifi went on and off. 8pm - 120 mbps. at around 6am, it is at 30 mbps. at 10am, cannot connect to wifi.

The comfort and the fact that Sally is always welcoming and makes sure that I have a refrigerator and microwave.. She’s an exceptionally nice person and does great job as a front desk manager.

I had a big problem with someone but, they seem to have gotten it together. We’ll see how it goes..

It was Clean Comfortable and Secure that's all I can ask for in LA staff was welcoming and check in and out was easy

200 deposit was a bummer but understandable for the area and told no guest also understandable
