The cost is good. And the price including the breakfast - it's not so good but acceptable. It has the shampoo and body lotion. The bed is good enough.

My colleague feels the room was strange and can feel something. I have no issue with that but still feel a little wired too. Not bad for one night but I don't wanna to stay for a long period.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful, always making sure guests felt comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options. The rooms and common areas were very clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall pleasant experience. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great service, cleanliness, and delicious breakfast—just be prepared for some Wi-Fi issues.

The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which was not very reliable. It was slow and disconnected at times. If the hotel improves this, it would be a perfect stay.

I like this hotel, because it is my 4th time in LA and I have chosen again this place to stay. We received twice an upgrade to a suite and we've had a good stay for more than 10 days this year. The room was big and clean, the breakfast was much improved form our previous visit. The location was great for us (30 minutes from the airport with the rented car) and 30-60 minutes to all the attractions in LA area. Free parking was very useful, also the proximity of different stores. And, of course, the price was very good.

There is no safety box in the room, but we did not had any problem with our valuables.

Rooms are not the newest but clean and this is all matters. Breakfast was beyond good, didn’t understand the negative comments here at all. There are bakery, waffle, fruits, oatmeal, cornflakes, muffin and sushi(?). Not sure who eats sushi in the morning though. The location is also good. There is plenty of safe parking. The metro line is just around the corner. It is so close but you need a long walk to get to the entrance. So it is further away than it seems.

Windows are not blocking all the noise, so that’s a challenge and the air conditioner works really loud. Coffee is below average. Avoid using metro if you don’t feel comfortable with the homeless. There are hundreds of them everywhere. So the metro is not clean and is not safe at all. But super convenient.

I recently stayed at the LA Crystal Hotel in Los Angeles, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is in a convenient location, not far from major attractions, making it a great base for exploring the city. The room was clean and comfortable, though a little dated in terms of decor. The bed was comfy, and I appreciated the spaciousness of the room. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing good service throughout my stay. While the amenities were decent, the hotel could benefit from a few updates. The Wi-Fi worked well, and I had no trouble with hot water or air conditioning. Overall, for the price and the location, I think LA Crystal Hotel offers good value for a short stay. I would definitely consider staying here again for a future visit to Los Angeles.

One downside was that the hotel is located near a busy street, so there was some noise during the night, but nothing too disturbing.

The LA Crystal Hotel proved to be an excellent choice for accommodation in the greater Los Angeles area. Our room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and quiet, and it had a modern decor. The included breakfast offered a wide range of hot and cold items; we especially enjoyed the egg rolls. The wifi worked very well. The location of the hotel worked well for us, too, as we used the nearby Artesia Metro Station to travel into Los Angeles for two days of sightseeing. Hotel staff promptly resolved the single issue we had during our stay to our complete satisfaction. Finally, the price was outstanding! We couldn't have been happier with our stay, and we won't hesitate to return.

Easy access parking was best since I was temporarily disabled. Staff was great and helpful. We were greeted warmly and with smiles. I loved the buffet style breakfast. It was close to alot of stores and restaurants. I'd definitely recommend coming back for another stay in the future. I'm definitely recommending friends and family to stay here if and when they're in the area. 10 out of 10!

I didn't like that the beds were kinda small in the rooms with double beds. Also I didn't like that I booked my stay when it cold because I love swimming. Haha but other than that, everything was great.

Its kind old but with working on renovations , also de distance between metro and hotel its kinda far and dangerous by nights theres not a direct way to get into station, Microwave theres only one for everyone in every floor

- I like the location as it’s between Dodgers stadium and Anaheim Convention Center. Hotel is close to shopping mall which I love. It’s not recommended to walk around at night by a lot of reviews so we didn’t. - Half of the staff were nice. - the price is decent for what you get. The hotel is little dated but not a problem for us. I loved the big room. There is microwave provided on every floor. - AC was loud when we got it but we fixed it and it was fine. - Free parking! In the garage. Some ppl say the gate gets locked in at night and you need to call security to open the gate for you. I personally like it as it felt safe (and I didn’t have a problem with that because we always arrived by 10pm and never left after) - Didn’t try their breakfast so couldn’t comment on that

- We requested a higher floor 5 months before arriving and got a response from Helen that the request was granted. We were put on the 2nd floor upon arriving lol. That was funny. Harmless. - Main problem for us is that we stayed for 4 nights and no one cleaned/made our bed. There was not even fitted sheet on the bed, just a regular sheet that couldn’t even cover the whole mattress. It left untouched everyday. They only cleaned our bathroom. If the bed cleaning needs to be requested, I suggest you put this information onto the info paper you give to guests when they check in so they know what to expect. - Would love to see elevator from garage to lobby fixed, it was slow and scary. - Wifi was horrible

Clean facilities, great water pressure in the shower, very comfy king sized bed, large bathroom, good great and a/c, breakfast spread (included) was huge. friendly, helpful staff. Extremely freeway friendly from all directions; bus and Metro rail station walking distance. Economical hidden gem.

The casino website says they have poker. Technically the 3 card poker game there has elements of a poker game, but here you are just playing against the dealer. It is more of a game of chance than one of talent, skills or technique. I went up a few hundred pretty quickly, took a break and donated all of it back in 4 minutes with 5 losing hands. I retired for the night. The gentleman next to me lost $7000 in less than 90 minutes.
