It was a great stay, everything was good, staff always helped me to storage a medicine that I need so that is something that I really value. Few years I stayed here and was very pleased, that is why I returned. For my needs, location was excellent

A few years back I stayed here and loved it but now I saw the facilites a little older (everything clean) but maybe time is taking its toll and some renovations could help We were a family of 4 and they only left 2 towels, so everyday I had to ask 2 more, maybe not that important but I think they should consider number of ocupants Overall, good experience

This was a great hotel! Staff was nice, but more importantly, it was so clean! Honestly everything was elevated from the furnishings to the mattress. We were going on a cruise and it's just 15 minutes from the port and the cost made it affordable to get there the night before. We will be staying again! Oh and the breakfast options were nice, including fresh batter and waffle irons, loved it!

super easy to find and very clean. The breakfast was varies between the two days I stayed there and even included veggie sausage that allowed my vegan sister to enjoy a nice breakfast! There was ample parking and it was free to park!

the only problem I had, and it wasn't even a bad one, was that the showers never got truly hot.

very clean and decent. location is great. it is close to all locations (20-30 mins drive to Long Beach, Santa Monica, downtown LA, Holywood - when there is no traffic). room service came in every day to do our room. free parking on location.

breakfast is very basic.

Location was great. Free breakfast was a plus. We changed room due to the noisy freeway, thank you for moving us to a quieter room.

Noise of freeway on one side. Need nightstands on both sides of bed. More accessible plugs by bed (my husband uses a CPAP machine at night)

I enjoyed the breakfast, you had multiple choices eggs, meat, potatoes, waffles, bread, cereal etc.....the location is great close to the 91 & 405 freeway. The rooms were clean. They had security at night, plenty of parking and close to shopping.

The front desk

The property was well kept and clean. This property was convenient for the parking/ breakfast.

One the first day the front desk staff were kind rude , but other than that everything was great.

I love getting away for a staycation, its very peaceful, and a nice quiet environment makes it that .much better.

I stay here at least once a month, you guys never offer any free nights...

Close to a lot of great restaurants and Entertainment, rooms were comfortable and clean.

Front desk staff was not too friendly, the ladies who set of the breakfast area and cleaned the room were very accommodating. If we needed anything they were there to help.

Hotel's room is comfortable and quite spacious.

Breakfast is too standard and lack of choices. No microwave in the room.
