Very good hotel with reasonable price and good service. Very discilious breakfast for both Japnaese plate and American plate. I will strongly recomend this hotel for my colleagues as travel accomodations.

Barely nothing.

The underground parking was very convenient. We were worried about our car overnight, but the gated underground parking was nice. The lobby area was pretty and clean with privacy from the street due to the plants that were around. The room was great and clean. I loved the vanity outside of the bathroom.

There was nothing that I didn’t like about the property itself. I wish the signage for the hotel was more noticeable from the street to help with navigation though.

This was a little slice of Japanese hotel heaven in Los Angeles. Our room was a good size and had an interesting view to the south. The Japanese breakfast option (fish and rice or curry and rice) along with the American option was lovely - and all the food we ate was delicious. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Parking was free and easy to use. Gardena had a lot of cute choices for eating, and was otherwise pretty quiet and felt safe at night (in contrast to some other reasonably priced parts of LA we had been to).

We needed to go down to the ground floor for coffee/tea - a kettle and little fridge would be a lovely improvement. The facilities were a little dated, but not unreasonably considering the price. The pool was closed which was unfortunate.

For a two star hotel it is very good. Staff friendly. Rooms spacious. Clean. Very secure free car park with direct access to reception level. Toilet seat is very hygienic with water spray.

Breakfast is not open buffet but you have a choice of western plate with eggs, bacon, tost, sausage, potatoes and ample coffee or Japanese plate. My western plate was good. It would give the guests more time if the breakfast had continued until 10:30 rather than ending at 9:30. One of the elevators was out of service but l guess it was a temporary situation. There is nothing serious that will stop me from booking at this hotel again.

Very quiet and clean. Plenty of parking and easy to navigate while being well secured. Breakfast was good and easy to get. Staff were all very nice. Beds were really comfortable, rooms were good size, and showers got extremely hot and had good water pressure. Able to see SoFi stadium from the window of my room which was our venue so super close, only about 15 minutes away.

One of the elevators is out of commission but that was such a minor problem. And while there were no microwaves in the room, there were some for public use in lobby.

Great area. Across Tokyo Central market. 18 min from SoFi stadium and Youtube Theater. Bidet was great and its thoughtful to have a mini fridge. We loved the complimentary Japanese breakfast. Rooms were spacious. Parking was complimentary and very secure.

Furniture was a tad outdated. AC works and gets really cold but it does take a few hours initally after setting the temp to cool the room down. The “going down” elevator button wasnt working on the 5th floor; we had to enter elevator to go up a floor before using it go down.

Upon check-in in my non profit org paralyzed veterans of America had put credit card down on reservation but wouldn't accept on check in .luckily our executive directer still at angel city sports even t n drove over n questioned how remedy this in future bookings n said couldn't. So we pva will not be recommending hotel for our national non profit org

The hotel is very clean. Staff both in the hotel and the restaurant is very friendly, polite and helpful. With one exception (see below). The room was very clean and convenient. The breakfast was barely OK though.

The breakfast could have been better. When our taxi arrived at the hotel, a security man jumped out of the door and started yelling at our driver: "Out! Out! Immediately!" He continued yelling and threatening the driver until he pulled out. As a result, we had to walk to the hotel with our luggage under the rain. This was our first impression of the hotel. Horrible and absolutely unacceptable.

very quiet hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. the restaurant was surprisingly delicious with reasonable prices and excellent service! the Japanese breakfast that was included with the room rental was so lovely. it reminded me of my travels to Japan. there was plenty of parking too!

there wasn't an exhaust fan in the bathroom, which made the room a bit humid, but opening up the window helped with that issue. the floor was uneven, which was a bit concerning. I assume the structural integrity of the building was sound, but it did give me pause when stepping onto humongous lumps underneath the carpet

Value for the money is outstanding! Location may be a bit far from everything but! Area is pretty calm, it's close to the highway, close to shops like Target and Ralph's, it's very Japanese hotel but it's really good for american standards because rooms were clean, calm and comfortable. Parking is free, closed and guarded. Staff was kind, helpful and overall great! Breakfast is included in two wariants - Japanese and American, both lovely. I do recommend!!! And will stay there again.
