The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was so thin you could feel the bars. It would have been nice if the jacuzzi was open later since the events we were there for didn't allow us to be back at the hotel until around 10pm.

Breakfast was good. Staff very nice.

I didn’t know I had to pay for parking. Front desk staff was frustrated by computer not working. There were delays.

the air conditioning would not come on when the the temperature was lowered. I had a friend come visit me and as we’re getting intimidate and body temperature rising, we could not cool off. my only complaint.

The staff was very accommodating. I came early and they originally had no rooms available. I waited in the tv room approx 1 1/2 hours and they were able to get a room clean for me. I had just gotten off work and took a flight straight to Long Beach so I am glad they could accommodate my early check in. The manager himself even went up to ensure the room was clean and ready for me. I really appreciate all they did for me! I was able to take a nap then enjoy my day at Disneyland.

Very clean hotel, comfortable beds and nice amenities. the gym was well equipped, hot tub was great and we loved having a kitchen with cooktop and full size fridge. the room was also very quiet - thick walls and we barely ever heard any noise even on the weekends. the staff was helpful and they also have a free airport shuttle which was perfect for when it was time to leave!

Staff at check in was wonderful, very quick and friendly. Informed us about the snacks and wine for get together .. Nice swimming pool for the kids and hot tub. Pool table was fun Excellent breakfast with scones and fresh strawberries. ....Along with waffles, eggs and other breakfast things. Very quiet rooms. Two bedroom suite was excellent 43 adults and three children. Michael at front desk was very sweet and accommodating.. Manager was always around checking on things.He was everywhere.... Even the security guard, it was very kind and sweet and talked to the kids for a while. Overall, a ten plus score and would recommend this highly to anyone.

There was nothing not to like.... There was something there for everyone to pass their time . It was quiet for sleeping time.

I loved the room- it was like a little apartment I was flying in and out of the Long Beach airport and it was only a few minutes away

My room had ants charged for overnight parking if my rental car I left at 6am and there was no breakfast set up to grab and take with me

The room was pleasant. I appreciated the large ceilings. It was nice that the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and utensils.

The bathtub faucet was leaking. When we arrived, the drain was stopped, so I assume the staff was aware of the issue. We only stayed one night, so it wasn't a huge inconvenience. The pet policy was not explained well on site we used to book our stay. When we arrived, the person at the front desk was a little rude and also did not explain the pet policy. I had to reasearch online to completely understand the policy.

This was a great location close to airport and fairly close to the port for our cruise. We enjoyed a two bedroom suite for our family of 8.

Although there was the continental breakfast, the eggs were watery and cheese was bad. We also booked hotel because of the shuttle service. Their vans say Holiday Inn & have a small sign on the front window with Staybridges Suites, which was not communicated to us. We ended up using Uber. This was really a nice place to stay. Will definitely stay there again in the future.
