Friendly staff. Good location. Clean room. Quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to several stores including Whole Foods. Several restaurants within walking distance. Coffee in the room.

No breakfast included. I believe there was a price for parking included in the hotel cost. We stayed two nights. I expected someone to come and at least make the bed and check to see if we needed more coffee. Also, to check if there were dirty towels that needed replacement.

My stay at courtyard Long Beach was exellent, very clean, comfortable, loved room and view and breakfast is awesome.

Check in representative was unable to check me in with my online reservation, so had to charge me for the room again, no good.

Overall the hotel was nice, I liked the room set up. Sometimes in rooms like this you get a little chair, I liked that they had an actual couch. Also the proximity to restaurants was nice

Everything except my complaint below.

Despite a request that the front desk clerk call to have the people in the next room to quiet down after 11 p.m., they continued to be loud until the early morning hours. So, I didn't get much sleep.

Front desk people were unprofessional and not very nice at greeting or when you needed to ask a question. Everyone else and room was good. First impressions should be very important. And, your front desk people need some work.

Property is well kept. The location is great especially walking distance to the LBX. The Hanger is awesome to get food!

The location was excellent !! Less than 10 minutes from The Long Beach Airport and Resturants .. Even Walmart was close. And the Staff was excellent 👌🏾

I would recommend that guest not be charged for parking, but everything is excellent at this location

It was really comfy and I really loved the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash installation, I was worried I was gonna get the travel size and finish it up.

I’m not sure, but I’m not rich so maybe a little more less expensive. I’m broke but like I don’t mind getting a room, but like honestly I only got it because it was close to my guy’s torpedo tournament.

Helpful with shuttle service to cruise port so we didn’t have to Uber. So much cheaper and roomier. Also the shuttle pick up guy (can’t remember his name) had a Taylor swift concert with us in the van!! So fun!!

The staff was nice, it was quiet, it was very clean, smelled good, great location, close to many places banks, grocery stores, Starbucks, the habit burger, clothing stores, etc

I feel you should not be charged for parking, that should automatically come with the price.
