Located on a very busy street. But also very accessible from the airport. I was very happy with the shuttle service. Staff was very accommodating in every way. Shopping center and restaurants were a surprise within walking distance with a variety of eats

There was no shuttle to the port which I believe is the major reason for so many guests arriving to Long Beach a day early It would have been one less worry to access this There is so many things to juggle before boarding and I think in the future this should be considered for guests

The hotel was clean, smelled good and the staff were great. I got a text about an hour asking how my stay was going. I was able to communicate with the staff during text and they answered my questions within 15 minutes. They offered breakfast, not continental, which was really helpful because we were there for a dance competition.

No complaints about the property. I wish we had a longer stay so we could enjoy it. The only thing I didn’t like is that they do t offer late checkout. I asked for an extra 30 minutes but they didn’t give it to me.

Shuttle service was wonderful and the driver very nice. Quick to get picked up. There was a HUGE group of kids and parents staying for a competition, yet the service desk pulled me aside and got us checked in, cold water while waiting (only about 15 minutes). Room was comfy and large. Location awesome! Lots of shopping and restaurants very close. Hotel breakfast was plentiful and very good. Although very close to the airport, you did not hear planes.

Not the hotels fault - the kids were noisy and running around crazy. Super crowded at breakfast. Also, shower had not been cleaned properly. There was hair in several places. Couldn't use pool because of all the kids.

My 2 daughters and I stayed in the hotel. The staff was very accommodating to our requests. We got to the hotel earlier than the check-in time, and they kept our bags for us so we could go on a scheduled event we had planned. Our room was neat, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was nice and hot! We also took the shuttle to the airport the next morning and had an amazing driver. She was pleasant and very professional in helping us with our luggage. I highly recommend a stay here.

There wasn't anything I felt we didn't like.

The rooms were clean, and the walk-in shower was big enough. The little fridge worked really well. The pool was open for my kids to enjoy. I loved that you change up the breakfast a little every day.

The breakfast could've been a little better, exp. whole milk for the serial, the bacon was extremely thin, and the rooms only had enough towels for three. I didn't like that you charge for parking and had no option for those who don't to pay per $18 night. we were there three nights, and we never had the maid service come in and do the beds or bring clean towels.

Able to check in early, front desk agents were both nice,polite and thorough. I work in customer service for an airline and appreciate the effort it takes to offer such exceptional service. The airport shuttle driver Vanessa was also nice and we enjoyed our trip to the airport. She explained she was front desk manager and was interested in our opinion of her property. Loved our stay and will stay here whenever we visit Long Beach.

Breakfast was absolutely delicious!

I didn’t like how we were bombarded about making too much noise and told that it was our final warning, yet it was the only warning we had received. We had some music playing on the tv but the staff member that had came up to our room was being so rude and didn’t allow me to say anything at all. However, we stopped playing music and that was the end of that. Other than that encounter, our stay was wonderful

The front office/housekeeping staff were quick to my response when I requested two extra towels/two extra pillows. Your hotel team treated me with kindness, courtesy, and respect because they knew that my hotel stay was intended to propose to my girlfriend who I been with for over 16 years. The bathroom door does not close.

Free breakfasts and size/accomodations of dining room were a real plus (and having extra seating just outside the dining room----quiet---were a good design feature, too).

Prices too high in on-site sundries dep't.. Also, lack of regular housekeeping service was neither appropriate or typical of a high-end property. Also, bathrooms were well-designed, but no disposable cups provided. Also, and no coffee mugs provided to go with in-room coffee service (----this is either being cheap, or lack of thinking by rooms dep't.).

Armando is AMAZING!! My husband left his cell phone in the Uber driver’s vehicle. once we got ahold of the driver he spoke Spanish and we were having an issue communicating. Armando was at the front desk getting ready to end his shift when we asked if anyone can help with communication to the driver. Armando jumped right in, worked out an option to meet the driver half-way and even took my husband in his own vehicle to meet the driver. We had a cruise to get on that morning and would be gone 2 weeks. Not having his phone would have been a major issue. Thanks to Armando we were able to divert the potential crisis and go about day getting set for a cruise. I cannot thank him enough for doing this!! Such an amazing thing to do and his took us in his own vehicle! Armando’s value to your organization is significant. Please thank him again for us!! Aloha! ~ Amy and Jason
