Lobby is very welcoming with cold lemonade or iced tea, hot beverages and cookies if you get one before they run out; places to sit and relax and friendly and helpful staff. There’s a mini store with ice cream, snacks and beverages, and some essentials, too. Rooms are spacious, very clean; clear instructions on how to work AC, all listed amenities, comfortable beds. Breakfast area has indoor and outdoor seating with serve-yourself hot and cold breakfast foods and assortment of beverages and fruits. Located just a block away from freeway south entrance.

I booked here (my second tjme here) instead of the Costa Mesa site - which would have been closer to my venue of destination (son’s graduation from UCI)- because of the complimentary breakfast and parking. Unfortunately, parking (2 nights) was not included. Parking is now run by a third party using an app, which you use at the beginning of your stay, paying for the duration of your stay. $15/night.

We loved the cookies upon arrival. The chocolate chip ones are the best. The location was great. We were visiting colleges while here and it was convenient for Chapman, UCI and not that far from Long Beach. We used the gym, the pool and the hot tub while here and all were clean and had everything we needed. We had a spacious room on the first floor and the beds, linens and pillows were comfortable. The WiFi also worked great. Breakfast was plentiful with decent choices.

The only negative was our air conditioning. It worked well but was so noisy! It sounded like a big truck every time it started up and then stayed loud. On the positive side, it did work well.

Genuinely the best hotel you could possibly get for an extremely affordable price. Has the amenities of a 5 star hotel and the rooms are massive and extremely well kept. There was not a single thing that threw us off in the 5 days my girlfriend and I stayed here. The restaurant inside of it, Spoons, has delicious food and a very nice pair of people who run it. You get a 10% off discount if you’re staying at the hotel. If i ever come back to Los Angeles i’m for sure staying here or one of the other Ayres locations.

Not a single thing.

We loved this hotel stay! The staff was helpful morning and night! The complementary breakfast was excellent! Great variety of items including great breakfast meats, hot potatoes and multiple choices for bread. My girls and I enjoyed fresh fruit and oatmeal! Free parking and hotel right next to entrance of freeway to Disney! Hot tub and pool very clean and nice lounge chairs to kick back and relax by the pool! Will be going back to this hotel next time we’re in Anaheim!

Really the only things I can comment was that building maintenance started very very early in the AM, and we heard drilling very loudly 2 of the 4 days we were there. If your wanting to watch movies in the room, you have an analog tv with only basic cable as an option. No smart tv’s so unless you. An figure it out there will be no Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc and lastly the hotel is located across the street from a medical center so you will occasionally hear ambulances in the night. My girls slept through the noise so not really a “dislike”.

I loved our room, it was super specious, so clean, big and very comfortable, good TV channels options and so quiet overall. We’ve never gotten woken up by other guests nor loud noises. We would definitely stay there again when we come back to visit Disneyland :) And my son loved the front desk cookies that were freshly baked daily!! My husband and I enjoyed the cold ice tea after the hot day out in Disneyland. Nice little touch but it didn’t go unnoticed!!

No comments here, everything was perfect!!

Great location close by Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm, as well as a quick drive from some cool shopping centers. Easy pick up & drop off for Ubers, and relatively quiet, considering that it’s near traffic. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning was great, and the showers were better than most hotel showers. I enjoyed the pool and the outdoor tables as well. Great coffee too!

The breakfast food wasn’t entirely up to par with what I was hoping. Breakfast starts around 6-7 AM, and we’d go down around 8-9. Our breakfast was usually just barely warm enough. Not a huge dealbreaker for me, but something to keep in mind. The coffee made up for it, as it was always hot, fresh, and tasted great. The people in floor above us were quite noisy during our last few nights. So much so that I had to call the front desk around 11:30 PM one night to see if there was anything that could be done. Thankfully, the hotel took care of it and it seemed to calm down a bit. But it was still noisy at times.

Since it is December the lobby was decked out in the most beautiful warm holiday attire. The lobby was just gorgeous with a fire going. Ashley greeted us with a smile and excellent customer service. We went right to our rooms to drop off our luggage. My room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. I headed down to Spoons where Oscar was above and beyond amazing. He was all alone and served, cooked and was a bartender. The food was great and his lemon drops perfect. Not once did he complain that he was alone or had an attitude. He smiled, was pleasant and kind. We tipped him as much as we could. I would have doubled it if I could afford it. Thank you all for making this stay one of the best stays I have ever had. Ayers hotels always go above and beyond.

Nothing!

Lounge is like a comfortable livingroom. You can relax have a coffee firplace different corners chargers for phone, designed well en kept nice in each detail. room and all other place are clean. I mean really clean and no small damages here and there. Room kept clean daily. Breakfast is nice (real plates and forks/knives for a change). Staff friendly. Compared to many other places i have stayed in Anaheim one of the best in my opinion, could easily be rated 4star maybe even more.

Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Enjoyed walking into the lobby and breakfast was great.

TV remote in room along with TV guide was by far the worst EVER. After our night out came back to room and couldn’t get TV guide to work, front desk sent security to see if they could assist and after a few minutes of attempting to figure out what was going on what all it needed was to restart TV, smh on how hard but simply it was to fix. Aye, I would definitely recommend a new system.

Close to where we needed to be, price was good and breakfast was great and staff was very friendly and inviting.

The way to get into the hotel was a hassle since it was a one way and we had to go around a lot to get to the entrance but for the price I could look past it. We had a room by the housekeeper and door entry of the side and it was noisy really early
