The Lady in the breakfast area was friendly, helpful and very Nice. She was fantastic 😊

The maid service could have done a better job.

My fiancé and I would love the showers had the little shampoo and conditioner and body wash bottles in the showers which was very convenient and our other favorite thing is that it has a Keurig coffee maker.

The only problem was there was never any hot water. Out of the seven days there I only got two days with hot water so I don’t know what the problem is either all of those rooms are sharing one little water heater or something or someone else was using all the hot water. I’m not sure but I do know that I was very unhappy about the fact that I had to take cold showers for work.

Property was located in a great location, had access to lots of restaurants and it was very close to the Honda Center. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Parking was a bit difficult in the evening. People that were visiting Joe’s Italian Ice that was located across the street would park in the hotel parking lot which made it difficult to find parking at night. Also, every night when we would enter the room, it smelled like urine. The walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors.

The location was very close to Disneyland and was easy to get there. The beds and especially the pillows were very comfortable. There was ample parking and a free grab and go breakfast (fruit and muffins). Coffee was available in the room with bottled water. Room was pretty decent sized with a fridge, microwave, coffee pot, hairdryer and a few shower amenities. There was a small table and 2 chairs also.

Not the hotels fault, but the lack of outlets that were available to use. Rookie mistake to not bring an extension cord. I needed to work and had to rearrange the furniture so I could put the table by an outlet. That meant I also had to unplug the microwave while working. I also had to unplug the clock in the room so I could charge my electronics by the bed. Not a super big deal, but I recommend bringing along extension cords. The other thing I didn't like, was the chairs were super uncomfortable and not made for larger people and the table was very small for working on. I made it work by including the ironing board next to my work station to hold things. All in all, very minor inconveniences for the price and location.

This place was wonderful. When we first arrived at 11pm we were told that Booking.com had canceled our reservation but Patricia at the front desk was able to reinstate our reservation with no hassle at all. We stayed in room 211 and it literally had everything we needed. The hotel provided a Hairdryer, Body soap, Shampoo/ conditioner, Iron, Coffee maker, Bottles of water, Laundry bags, Refrigerator/ microwave, Makeup remover wipes and Plenty of towels. There was even an on site washer and dryer for use (coin operated). The pool and hot tub area were well taken care of and were extremely clean. The grab and go breakfast had muffins and danishes and different varieties of juice. We would fill our water bottle with ice from the ice machine and the bottled water instead of paying the $5 price at Disneyland. The hotel is located within walking distance to Target and several restaurants. The room itself was clean. It wasn’t a high end room but it was comfortable and met all of our needs. The bathtub was large for bathing littles. The walls are a bit thin but after a long day at the park we were so exhausted we didn’t hear anything anyways. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay on budget. Our room rate was only $89 and you really can’t beat that. A great room for a great price.

The only downside was the distance to Disneyland. Uber rides cost around $20 during peek times (open and close) and $9 all other times. You could walk it if you really wanted to but it’s a pretty far walk with littles.

Chris at the front desk was so amazing and friendly, he goes above and beyond for his guests,who stay at this hotel and Christina is in charge of the delicious breakfast the hotel offers in the morning and she has a delicious variety of baked breakfast items,muffins and danish’s as well as fresh fruit, yogurt ,granola bars,juice,coffee and bottled water everything was delicious and the kindness and hospitality of their staff goes above and beyond !!

Everything was fantastic the beds are super comfortable the rooms are clean and nicely decorated and stocked with shampoo,cream rinse,bars of soap and even hand lotion

Great value for the accommodations. Very good communication: pleasant checkin experience, good local tips, pleasant greeter in the breakfast room, follow-up text check-in from hotel to ensure all was going okay with the stay. Quality hair product and body wash. Good Keurig coffee options and a bottle of water in the room, plus microwave and fridge. Pool and jacuzzi appeared in order, but didn't utilize. Parking was free and always a spot available. Being across from Joe's Italian Ice is a bonus.

Some reaction to what might have been mildew in the room/bath. Power was available on only one side of the bed. Neither would prevent our return.

Very nice clean and comfortable room with extremely comfortable beds. I like that they have everything you could possibly need in the room including the refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee pot, iron and ironing board and a hair dryer. Lots of good restaurants and shopping close by and they are very close to Disneyland. Plenty of free parking and I never had to worry that there wouldn't be a parking space when we got back late at night . We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay there again.

I have no complaints

The location was very convenient to me, as it was a short walk from the convention center. Very comfortable beds. Very spacious rooms. Most staff very very nice - Christine surely was a gem of a nice person! Others were nice too ;-)

Few and/or hard to reach power sockets to charge my mobile phone. Breakfast was simple, maybe too simple. Fortunately it was bountiful. Wifi was a bit slow and I had to keep signing in (yes with username and password) after a few hours of inactivity (overnight).

Great value for the money. Close enough to Disneyland that my Uber Lyft rides only costed between $4.70 and $6.20 each. Breakfast selection was better than expected. Christine who runs the breakfast room was fantastic. She went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Always a fresh hot pot of coffee ready and everything was fully stocked even when arriving 20 minutes prior to closing. Friendly front desk staff as well and the maids were sweet and respectful.

I don’t think I have anything bad to report.
