For a family of 4 this was a decent size room, complimentary breakfast was very nice lots of options, most importantly the beds were so comfy, had a great night sleep every night.

On site car parking should be free if you are staying at the hotel, $30 a day was too much from this location.

The room was very nice and large. Had a couch, plenty of table and desk space. It was decorated with excellent furniture, comfortable beds, and good amenities. It was very quiet and seemed to be very well insulated. Good size refrigerator in the room that worked. Parking was great! It is underground and kept the car protected from the elements. It was an easy walk from the car to the elevator. You felt safe in the structure. Breakfast was very good for a free breakfast. I was surprised to find food that was supposed to be hot was actually hot! Good food choices and it easy to reach food at the serving serving areas. Several stations had duplicates of "popular" food so there were really no lines. Everything was well stocked and neatly arranged. The food areas looked very well cared. The entire breakfast room was clean from serving stations, to tables, to the floors. Staff was around to wipe stations frequently and quickly cleared/cleaned tables as soon as people left. Very well run area! Hats off to the workers at that breakfast! One other item worth mentioning....I heard front desk staff helping people with everything from places to eat to how best to visit Disneyland. It was nice to hear and see hotel staff actually helping guests and not just giving the standard platitudes.

One thing that was an inconvenience were the electrical outlets by the beds. The outlets could not hold AC prongs as the receptacles were too loose. No USB outlets at the beds. Any charging in my room had to be done across the room at the desk. The nit picky things that did NOT effect the happiness of my stay....some of the finishing work in the room were poorly done and had sub-par workmanship For example, bad cuts for baseboard tile to door jambs leaving irregular and large gaps. Wrong tile type/color on some of the baseboard tiles making the finishing look hurried, cheap, and haphazard. Wondered if the management inspected the work before signing off. These little things did take away from what would have otherwise been outstanding room appearance.

The room was spacious, clean & comfortable. Staff were friendly & accommodating. It was in a good position within walking distance to Disney & food. Breakfast every day was plentiful. Pool & hot tub area welcomed after a long day walking g around theme parks. This is our 2nd time staying @ a Hyatt Plzce & we have been satisfied on both occasions 😃

The shower took an unusually looooong time to heat up. Would need to turn it on for at least 5 minutes before any hot water was to be seen.

Great room loved the lounge area and breakfast

When booking there is no notation of parking charges. Not close enough to walk with 4 kids so we paid $30 a day for parking and then $35 to park at Disneyland

It was pricey the sofa bed ! Was really uncomfortable!! I should have brought my air mattress!!! Stayed 7/3-7-6/2025 Other than that clean ! The beds my comfy for my sisters

Wish you’d provide coffee or tea for on the go/ also wish pool and spa stayed open till 12 am for does tired feet coming back from Disney !

This hotel was awesome for so many reasons. We really liked being able to walk across the road and use the Disney buses to get to the parks. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We got a King Family suite and really loved the sliding partition doors for privacy. Breakfast was good. The Staff was amazing. Everything was pretty updated and newer.

The doors are SOOOOOO loud. We heard every single person in the hallway and when they opened and closed their doors, it was like a gun shot or an explosion. Even earplugs couldn't help. It was like there was no door at all. I really wanted this to be our new go-to hotel, but that was hard to get past. Even other guests that we passed that walked out of our hotel complained about being woken up by other room's doors or by people in the hallways.

The cleanliness of the hotel, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was good. Location was good too.

I booked my stay through Booking.com and the total price for 3 night was $642, but when I checked out of my hotel I was charged over $750. I don't know why there was such a big difference in cost. I assume it was because of the $35 per day parking fee, which I don't agree with at all. I think guest parking should be free.

Very clean and a great location. The rooms were really nice. Variety of food for breakfast, very filling!

One thing is the pay for parking. I’m paying $35 at Disney then have to come to the hotel and pay $30. I don’t have a choice but to park my car there so that really sucks. Honestly I’d rather it be part of the total price because I wouldn’t look at it rather a know there is an extra fee once I arrive. This is personal preference but I was a little taken aback by the breakfast situation. It was not organized well. Plates and utensils and napkins should be at the beginning of the buffet and condiments on every table not in the middle of the buffet line. However the food was excellent! Variety and filling!

The check-in service was great. Jenny was very friendly and made us feel at home. Our room was not quite ready and she offered us a beverage while we waited. Jenny was very informative on giving us directions to nearby events. She explained the shuttle process as we were going to Disneyland. Also, at check out, Zach was friendly and made sure to ask how our stay was and how we enjoyed it. The breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place. Both the hotel and parking felt safe and secure. We liked the options for breakfast. Rooms were spacious and clean.

At the time of our visit, renovations were happening on various floors of the hotel. Overall, it was a minor inconvenience for us, but there were a few days during breakfast hours the workers were sanding the walls (in preparation for painting), painting, and installing flooring very close to the area where people were eating breakfast. We had concerns and definitely did not want to breathe in the dust and debris from the construction, so we ended up either taking our breakfast back to our room or skipping it altogether.
