The staff were great, the front desk very helpful although a couple were not too knowledgeable about local transit. Joy was terrific though. Breakfast was appreciated before a long day at the parks. It is fairly basic, always sausage and egg patties (scrambled), cereal, toast, apples and oranges, sometimes biscuits and gravy, sometimes pancakes, sometimes yogurt, but included and good enough to get your day started. Good coffee and water for you to fill up your bottles with. Property is close enough for a longer walk to Disney for adults (20-25 minutes) but much easier and closer to walk to the corner (one hotel away) cross the street and walk into the Disney Toy Story parking lot to catch the shuttle bus. Plus if before noon there is a security check there before you get on it so you just walk past the one at Disney. Buses take you there and back for free (ONE THING DISNEY DOESN'T CHARGE FOR!!!!) and they run all day long up until one hour after the last park closure. There is a bus stop right out front of the hotel. Target is about 3 blocks down the street in the other direction if you want to buy snacks, pop, liquor, etc., also with a bus stop out front so you don't have to walk back unless you want to. Also Outback Steak House, The Crab Shack and a few other restaurants. There is a blow dryer, microwave, fridge and coffee maker in the room and we found the beds very comfortable. The hotel hot tub was down while we were there but they had arranged for guests to use the one next door, which is off the parking lot literally 20 feet across from theirs with an exterior gate and quite private. We used it a lot. The owners of the gift store are very nice people with much cheaper prices than in the parks. Buy your ears there and save $20+.

Really my only issues were they could use more condiments at breakfast, salsa springs to mind and maybe a second bottle of hot sauce. Also if serving breakfast till 9:30 serve it till 9:30. Our last day I walked in at 10 minutes after 9 and there were no sausages and no more were brought out.

This hotel was wonderful. The location is perfect. Not too far from the Disneyland Park, it’s a nice walking distance. We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday and I messaged the hotel and asked if they did anything special to celebrate a birthday and they decorated our room with balloons and a cute birthday card for no extra cost it was so nice of them. I also love that they offer free breakfast it was delicious and definitely a life saver if you are on a budget or short on time.

I loved everything about the property. I would not mind staying at this hotel again for more of our future Disneyland trips.

The night before check in, the resort messaged me to welcome and asked if I had any special request to feel free to message them back. I did just that. We were staying to celebrate my son’s birthday, I asked if they could put balloons in the room. I wasn’t expecting it considering it was literally the night before check in. However when we arrived it was to my surprise they had Balloons for him as well as a little gift. He was more than excited and it made him feel special 😊 he also said it was magical because he had no idea how the resort even knew it was his birthday 😂.. thank you Cortona Inn for this sweet gesture.

The rooms were clean, comfortable and had the normal essentials. Fridge, microwave, tv and air all worked great. Breakfast had a decent selection. Staff were nice.

Styrofoam plates and cups at breakfast was a problem for us at breakfast. My son is autistic and cannot touch or hear it. I asked if they had alternatives and they didn’t. I had to pick some up at a nearby store (not a big deal). I know this is not an issue for the vast majority. However, styrofoam is bad for the environment too so you perhaps going to a new product could help both? Or available alternatives on site? Just a thought.

Super clean, the guy at reception who checked us in at night was very friendly. Everything was smooth sailing. The room was very big and very clean. Breakfast was pretty standard (lots of brown coloured foods lol - pancakes, eggs, bread, bagels, cereal etc). Perfect for carb loading before Disneyland! 20 ish minute walk to Disneyland and lots of restaurants, coffee and a CVS nearby.

Wish there was more parking available. We had to park in the basement and take the lift which took us into the Hyatt and then had to walk on over.

The room was clean and quiet and the bed extremely comfortable. The breakfast was nice, nothing fancy but appreciated the coffee and waffles to get us out the door. We were sorry there was no shuttle to Disneyland though they had a city bus pamphlet to give us.

We had trouble getting into our room and had to get new key cards. The next batch eventually would open the door but it always took more than one try. There was no maid service until the 3rd night so we had to ask for clean towels. When I asked about check out the desk clerk just told me to call however the phone didn't work. Was sorry to hear there was no shuttle to Disneyland though a city bus was available. It was walkable but by the last block we were in pain!

Hotel is in great location. 15 min walk from disneyland was a bonus. Breakfast was good. Room was ok. Beds were comfortable. Kids enjoyed the breakfast, pool and the hot tub.

There was an issue with the noise from neighboring room which was not handled well. Staff was ok'ish and could have behaved little better. We needed to cancel last day out of 4 which they did not allow. First they said yes, later denied to refund stating stay is non-cancellable. And had to pay 27$ per day for the parking.

Loved the staff. soooo friendly! the room was very clean and had all we needed for a great experience. The location to the Disney park was great, a very short ride to the parking lot or we could walk it wasn't out of range for us. The beds were extra comfy!

The breakfast was mediocre at best. and the reason we always choose this hotel is because we didn't have to pay for parking, but now we have to. I don't get it at all. if we are a guest how else are we going to get there but a car? then to trap us into having to pay extra to have our car there is ridiculous, it reeks of being avaricious! why not just hide the fee in the initial cost, that way we don't notice you are ripping us off...just saying.

Room is a good size, a great location for Disneyland and nearby shops and restaurants. Free coffee,/water and apples in the lobby, which is great on the way in or out. Pool is small but nice and hot tub is a nice extra.

Rooms weren't serviced frequently enough. Breakfast had changed from our last stay in 2022 with far more limited range now available. No cakes, pastries and always just bread and sometimes bagels. Felt lower quality. Noticed that parking and breakfast are no longer included for future bookings, this would put us off as at $22 a day parking and then breakfast on top wouldn't make it as competitive as similar other hotels nearby.

that I had to do multiple reservations and would not let me; thus, I needed to do one at a time. when I went back to do other reservations, I typed the name of the hotel, assuming it would upload the exact hotel, I clicked on 1st loaded and was Not this one. ended up booking another hotel. this is more of a website glitch, nevertheless, front desk could have help with booking so they can help make charges since there were other rooms reserved.
