The hotel was very nice and with a luxurious feel.

There was a protest at the Hilton across the street at 6am in the morning which woke us up. The hotel staff were unsympathetic and unconcerned at this. I did not know what the protesting was for at first and felt quite scared. After some google research, I found out this happened frequently as the union workers from the Hilton were protesting for more money. The Marriott should have given us a heads up that protesting was a possibility. The hotel did provide ear plugs when we called to complain about the noise - drums, horns and chanting but it obviously did not drown out the noise.

The layout of the property was really good. There were multiple dining options available, from poolside to the bar to in-room menus. Also a market, cafe and pizza shop inside the hotel which was great. The fitness centre was clean and had lots of great well-maintained equipment. The pool was very busy but a nice area with shelter available.

The air conditioning was really loud when it came on and noise from outside in the carpark and through the hotel corridor was also quite loud in the room.

Overall clean, comfortable and convenient.

Majority of the dishes from the kitchen we came across were dirty in some kind of way whether it was spots on the mug, a crack in the glass or dust on the silverware. Came across a lot of this over the 3 days we visited for breakfast. As well as a glass cup that had a huge crack in it in our room. The front desk lady that checked us in was very nice and helpful, until we checked out and then realized she might’ve been too friendly overcharging us for things and not giving us our vouchers needed for our stay. She had a great attitude but just lost focused being overly helpful in suppose.

High standard hotel. Great facilities, swimming pool, huge fitness center, high speed and modern elevators. Both a restaurant and "fast food" offering in the lobby. 20 minutes walk from Disneyland.

Balcony was really noisy even on 7th floor. (Machines noise) Quite long walk from self parking.

Proximity to the Convention Center. Ability to be self-contained if desired.

Nowhere to hang anything in the bathroom (not even a towel!). Restaurant staff for lunch/dinner were slow to respond, could only manage one task at a time, and were rude when incorrect orders were pointed out.

Think I was on the 9th floor, poolside view, far enough from the elevator so that was a good thing. The room had a single Queen size bed, which looked rather small in such a spacious room.

Think there was an issue of not enough hooks in the bathroom, wife had issues finding hooks to hang her toiletry bag on a convenient location. Only other issue was with the bathroom door, it couldn't stay open...think it was a design thing.

Great location for a quick trip to Disney over a weekend stopover, the rooms were just what we needed, comfortable beds & excellent cleanliness. Would absolutely stay here again. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the neighbourhood felt safe and central for everything we needed.

I did expect a bigger pool area, however, it didn't impinge on our enjoyment. Some of the food vendors like pizza/coffee spot seemed to close relatively early in the evenings, which was a bit tricky. And an early morning wake up call at 6am due to a protest across the street that went on for an hour was unexpected, particularly since we were getting on a long haul flight that night. We totally understand the reasons for the protest, and support the workers, but some warning would have been helpful as we had young children with us.

The staff was so nice. I paid for a room there just so my daughter could use the pool, as my hotel's pool was under renovation. They wouldn't take my money and let me just use their pool. They were so nice!!!! Thank you to the staff at the front desk. Your hospitality was immeasurable compared to the service I was getting at the Hilton

Very nice hotel, really big, would not recommend if you have kids, this hotel is definitely aimed for adults. May be a tiny bit overpriced, but for the price it was definitely nice.

The room my husband and I were in was right next to the elevators so we heard every single person going to the elevators. That was the only bad thing about the hotel so if you just stay in a room not near the elevators I believe you’d enjoy your stay

The pizza! The bar, and restaurant were excellent

My room was plain an way in the back. Full length mirror had zero lighting. The room was very dark. Tried getting my daughter ready for a dance competition and could not see well because the room was so dark. No decor in the room needed a fake plant or another picture on the wall
