Hotel exceeded our expectations for a family hotel. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Bathroom and bed were wonderful clean and comfortable. Our cleaning by Claudia was excellent she went above and beyond. We were traveling with a baby and we truly appreciated it.

Paying for parking seemed excessive given the lot was open and plenty of parking in the area.

Everything was satisfactory.

I arrived earlier than the check-in time, and they said they would let me know when the room was ready, but while I was waiting, they changed to another staff member. While I was waiting, I went ahead and asked if I could check in first, and they checked me in then.

Everything was in very good condition. We really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi area and the breakfast. The staff was extremely helpful and the location was perfect for us.

The only thing was that there was a parking fee, which may be common in this area. Everything else was great.

Convenient location, Clean, Comfy and Quiet. Front desk was helpful and friendly. It has the amenities and feel of home away from home.

Everything was soooo clean..loved all the staff especially the lady during breakfast she was so sweet and welcoming!

Spacious, comfortable and clean suites, pet friendly. Felt like home after fleeing the wildfires.

Parking charge

We got a spacious room as expected. Good breakfast, convenient swimming pool and hot tub, nice staff. The location is also great, 10-20mins drive to most popular plazas in Orange Country.

I could hear some weird high frequency noises from time to time, probably from AC condenser outside (2nd Floor)? Not a big deal but would like to call it out.

Breakfast was great, good selection of food and great amount to choose from. I could not believe how quiet our room was, it was such a joy to stay and sleep in a quiet hotel.

I would have liked to have had some hand dish detergent to use to wash dishes manually.
