The lobby and the rooms are well decorated. Bed and pillows are really comfortable. Friendly staff and nice breakfast included in the booking. The restaurant staff also help us take the coffee to go, and gave us two bottles of nice water, and it’s a friendly gesture that I won’t take it for granted. Thank you!

The water heating system might need an upgrade. It takes us at least ten minutes to have the shower runnign to get the water heat up. It’s a waste of time, and waste of water. Cleanliness could be better, I say this because I found a strand of hair on the toilet bowl, and also on my bed sheet.

The restaurant was really nice, delicious options and a full bar with great cocktails. The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the 24 hour shop in the lobby, for water and snacks. There was a nice pool area though I didn't use it. Staff were friendly enough, depending on who was on reception. The free shuttle to the airport was helpful.

When I checked out, the charges to my room were incorrect. They had billed my room for food from the restaurant, when I had paid the restaurant directly. I was in a rush to catch the shuttle to the airport, and they had to rifle through old receipts to prove I had paid and to remove the incorrect charges. The time this took didn't matter, since the shuttle didn't leave on time anyway. Just be careful and check your charges, and leave extra time for the shuttle because it doesn't set off when they say it will. The location is pretty far out, not much to do in the area and not close to the beach.

Our room & the hotel were very nice & clean and very pleasant. Nice towels for the shower (not chinsey). Bed & pillows were very comfortable. Only wish we would’ve had an extra blanket (just to keep us warm as we climbed into bed, but it was ok.) It really was very comfortable. Also enjoyed the pleasant lounge/eating area. Nice live music and all the staff was pleasant & accommodating.

Parking is a bit inconvenient. Wish it was easier as related to walking into the hotel. Parking garage is behind the hotel and you have to walk from around the building to get to the front entrance. Would be nice if there was a door from the parking garage right into the hotel. (Also is a little pricey each day to park.)

The hotel has been our usual spot so all good there, as expected and we will continue to stay there when we visit.

Hotel was great, no problem with them at all. Highly recommended! Booking.com let me down though. The hotel did not have my reservation done through booking.com at all. I called them ahead so I was able to book a room at the last moment just before I arrived. We were exhausted by the time we got there, so glad the hotel could accommodate us. So I am not going to use booking.com for reservations at this place and potentially other places too. Big lesson learned.

Food was delicious, employees attitude to service was good not excellent, I have received better. The room was clean, the amenities were great for someone looking to relax.

Service could be better. I booked through Bookings.com and paid for breakfast. When I got there I was not given a breakfast voucher and the agent at the front dest continued to challenge me on the issue even though I had my receipt. That disrupted my peace a bit and this is why I think they need to improve on the way they deal with issues of this nature.

The hotel is very nice, valet parking was wonderful. It is very well maintened.

Housekeeping is horrible, had to call to get room cleaned. Left the room in the morning came back at 4 and was never cleaned. Called housekeeping and they said we needed to inform them to clean room. Shouldn’t that be common sense, they saw us leave in the morning. The day of our check out, guess what they were knocking and trying to get in room at 10 am. What happened to, you need to call us to clean it theory. They woke us up, they need to be organized, it is a nice hotel to have such bad housekeeping.

The staff was Great. From the check in with the help of Blake. To morning room service by Eduardo. Valet service was very friendly and the grounds were nice. The only concern would be the in the house keeping. They are under appreciated and have a Very important job. Pay them more and the rooms will probably look and feel fresh and Clean. Thank you .

I enjoyed the amenities. Namely, the fitness center and the pool. My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay.

Parking was a bit pricey. I assumed free parking was a part of the room purchase. We had an Easter egg hunt to attend, early morning; so we had to leave and come back. I paid $68 in total. Good thing I didn't leave to get food after we checked in, or else I would have paid a lot more. $25 for 0 - 4 hrs; $43 for 4+ hrs.

The staff was consistently friendly at every single encounter. They were also extremely accommodating. Decor was very well appointed with an ideal location. The pool and service was a big highlight too that included corn hole. They also provide free shuttles to/from John Wayne airport, which was an unexpected bonus!

EVERYTHING!!! Oh my goodness, this hotel felt absolutely luxurious from the minute we checked in and were offered a glass of wine. The room was elegantly appointed and the restaurant on-site was top-notch. Staff was gracious and attentive throughout the facility, and everything was clean and in good repair. The quality and value were simply stellar.
