Check-in staff was super sweet and peppy. My room was pretty quiet. The room was clean. I expected a lot worse, after seeing the other ratings and reviews. I think it was actually quite nice. I think it's a damn good deal.

I grabbed breakfast to go, around 8am, and there wasn't much left to choose from: oatmeal or granola bars. I would have loved a thicker blanket. There was just a sheet and a very light blanket about as thick as the sheet. The heater was extremely loud so I didn't use it...which is why a thicker blanket would have been nice.

Grab and Go breakfast is easy and perfect. Check in was simple and easy going. Room size is nice for 4 people. Parking lot was just right. I will book again when in the area.

Smoking area right in front of the main entrance is a negative. Right when you step out in the morning, the smokers are the first sight and first breath of fresh air.. well, you actually do not get fresh air. But once in the parking lot, you can breath. My bathroom had a smell or odor. I'm going to guess someone smoked in there. My son is sensitive to smell and he said it smelled like smoke to him.

Staff (Bella) was very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Made us feel welcome. We had to leave a day early due to a death in family and she made sure we were not charged for that night.

Little outdated, but still clean and A/C and appliances all worked well

I like that they are VERY dog friendly.

Only two things. Gluten free options that don’t involve oats for breakfast. The second thing is no drinkable water outside of $4 for a small bottle at the vending machine.

The staff are exceptional polite curious on every level I like the fact that they're willing to help if something is not to somebody's like me they go out of their way to make sure everything's okay some of the best staff compared to a lot of the hotels I have been in I recommend extended stay in Newport Beach 24 hours a day 7 days a week with somebody ask.

Staff was very friendly and efficient. Property was clean and in good condition.

Breakfast is included but tastes like it's free.

I can not say enough about the staff there always polite and eager to help in any manner that is needed, the rooms are clean and spacious the grounds well maintained, excellent place.

There was not one thing I disliked, the General Manager Jay Has great staff and they all are kind and warming people

There needs to be some upgrades done on the rooms, new microwave and frig, both had rust

Place of location. The floor plan with mini kitchen area. The functional work desk and functional makeshift closet with draw curtain. Easy check-in/check-out process. Free parking

Only had a trashcan located in the bathroom. It would have been nice to know need of requesting necessary kitchen supply packages prior to arriving to facility so can pre-request. Strong Odor in stairwell entrance. That a small pet gets charge the same as a large pet which was one of the.reasons I let.my pets at home with a friend. Grab and go.breakfast

Location was great for our needs.

Our room was great EXCEPT for one thing. The carpet, although it looked clean, was very dirty. Walking barefoot turned the bottom of my feet black as though I'd been barefoot outside all day, which I DID NOT DO. First time I've ever experienced such a thing.
