Great location, great beds, friendly staff and good facilities. I spend around 80 nights per year in hotels and this was definately a good choice. The breakfast was not in line with the rest of the experience, unfortunately. A load of good restaurants right around the premise. Bottomline, next time i need to be in the area I will definetely book this hotel again.

breakfast I feel valet parking was a bit of a ripoff, given that the car park is right in front of the entrance - could walk the twenty steps myself and save the money. The guys running the valet were great though.

I had a great time at the gym and pool! Although two machines at the gym were out of order, the treadmill I chose worked perfectly, allowing me to enjoy a good workout with a view of the pool and the outdoors. Plus, the pool's weekend closing time of 11 PM was ideal, and the temperature was just right.

I found that Uber prices could skyrocket at night, especially around the Spectrum Center area. However, Lyft proved to be a more economical choice that weekend. It's essential to compare options; for instance, Uber was charging $40, while Lyft offered the same ride for only $15. Quite a significant difference!

The A/C needs work in the fan on mode the fan would annoyingly ramp up and down continuously needs fixing rm 619 The shower drain would back up immediately and fill the shower pan up a 1/4 way up from the base The rooms adjoining walls are thin you can easily hear your neighbors

The location was perfect, the rooftop pool was gorgeous, & the amenities & comfort were beyond our expectations!! And the staff was amazing, so helpful & kind, went above & beyond to accommodate every need we had!!

Only valet parking is immediately outside of the building. The rest of the hotel parking is in a garage that’s shared with retail parking, which seems to be free, but the hotel charges guests $25 per night. If I’d seen the garage first (I temporarily parked out front while checking in) I would’ve skipped paying the hotel for parking and could have still parked my car in that same garage during my stay. The garage is a short walk from the hotel.

The pay for parking situation. Ended up paying twice for parking because did not know how to use the ticket number provided at front desk, even though prepaid for overnight parking when first checked in.

Nice hotel, clean, staff is super nice! Only thing was the road next to the hotel is super busy and loud! Other than that nice wood floors and pull out bed. Brought us up clean blankets and pillows. It was A nice stay!

Maybe a noise cancellation somehow with the busy road below. And the doors on the bathroom could be more private. Don’t live the sliding doors with no lock and you can hear everything lol Nothing that’s too big of a deal.

Front desk was very helpful, place was clean and modern. Beds comfy, room nice. Pool area was lovely, too bad we were there during a heat wave so not up to doing a lot.

The place was too techie. We use smartphones but prefer at least one piece of printed info. There was no printed info (I think that's the idea in this place) to help with in-room features. There was a scan code for the TV but that didn't work. We didn't know how to call the front desk, the WiFi was spotty, said connected but didn't work. Had to call Hotel Tech dept to get set up, which they did, but we were leaving soon by then. think it's a better place for younger, more techy people.

Location was great. Everything I needed was there. It was clean and comfortable. Loved the decor. Beds & bedding were nice.

Maybe could use more parking.
