I stayed in 1st floor, I could hear my upstairs neighbor’s walking too well. It's disturbing! I recommend taking a room on the second floor.

I liked the place especially I got the room this much comfy from the last time I stayed.

Front desk receptionist was very rude . He doesn't know how to handle customer service well. I want to manager that day but he said he is the mgr . If there is policy to follow must all staff knowledge about this . " I must say there is policy then just give the key and enjoy your room" and that's it. He kept arguing I almost cancelled my room that day . Seems that man is unhappy working there.remember he got paid from customer . I've been work in casino as customer service and I know how to respect customer really well . And my deposit $100 waiting for to reverse in my account??? Very rude man . And I will go back again if that is attended

IT was really comfortable stay we like the staff ,location .All the boys at front desk very helpful not only for stay they will tell you about the city as well where you can go or what will be the cheaper way do the things around .

Only one staff disappointed me from kitchen staff like we are a family of 4 and we don't eat anything else from breakfast and everyday we take 4 glasss milk so kids can eat something later once they wake up .Twice when there was a female staff in the kitchen if we request her for milk she said no more left even it was only 8 clock in the morning.Breakfast time is 6;30 to 9;30.One day when I had 2 glass milk and I ask her is there any more milk she said no more so I left the room it was 8 am in the morning so after while around 0850 I went to the breakfast room there was a Jug of milk so I said to her didn't you said its finished so couldn't answer me and went away .

The gym, the pool, the Jacuzzi the people who worked there were fairly nice

The rooms could’ve been a little cleaner the breakfast, a little bit more variety and fresher food, the vending machines, steal your money, but I was told it’s an outside vendor there needs to be out of order signs on them

The rooms are decent enough. Great place for the value. I am disabled and the staff were very kind and extremely kind accommodating and helpful throughout my entire stay.

The location is in a central area but surroundings a little dumpy. Good place if you just want a cheap place to sleep and easy access to surrounding areas

The staff was friendly and the price was a great value. The room had a lot of amenities. The bed was comfortable. There was a safe in the room, mini fridge microwave and cooler fridge. Plenty of hot water and toilet was fine. TV, dresser, two tables and a sofa. Pool and hot tub. Best bag for the buck!

Some people will complain about minor cracking In the paint. Dust bunnies or cobwebs. Shady looking characters in the parking lot or pool area. Being realistic i understand that the lower price of the stay will open to a broader spectrum of people and things. I knew what i signed up for. No complaints.

Helpful friendly staff, great location close to transport, beaches, shopping and restaurants. Large rooms with everything you need Nice to have tea and coffee offered in the lobby all day.

There needs to be a healthier option on the continental breakfast

It's a good. Stacation. Worth the money to stay . peaceful and quite.

Breakfast has no other choices. Everyday it's always the same menu.

Comfortable motel style hotel. Bedroom was good size and bed was comfy. Breakfast was good with hot bagel option and cereals. Staff were friendly. Location was good for accessing orange county area but you need a car to be able to get to places.

The pool was very clean. I loved that. Receptionist was polite and nice.

The facility generally needs a renovation. The rooms looked newly renovated, but the bathroom was kinda old. The area around the hotel looked abandoned. They could have upgraded the lawn and made it more inviting.
