This location was renovated in October 2024. Very clean, nicely furnished. There is no carpet in the rooms, which eliminates allergies and unseen grime. A free filtered water station is available in the lobby for refilling water bottles. A Lavaza automated coffee machine in lobby can make Americano, Latte, Espresso, Chai Tea etc. I saw the beans inside the machine, so it isn't syrup-flavored coffee. This is complimentary. Housekeeping was excellent and serviced the room daily—great location off I55, close to beach (7 minute drive), close to delicious dining. Staff was very friendly and smiled :-). I did not eat breakfast. I used the minifridge/ microwave in the room for my yogurt, salads, etc that I purchased at the nearby Trader Joe's grocery store.

Free Parking is available outside and also in the garage underneath the hotel. The garage underneath was a little dark. I'm not sure if the security cameras are down there. (The hot tub was small - I don't use public hot tubs anyway)

I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for the incredible service I received during my stay. I didn't catch his name, but the person working the night shift at 1 AM on Monday, the 18th, truly brightened my evening. After such a long drive, his warm and friendly demeanor made me feel so welcome and valued. It's evident he genuinely loves his job and has a deep understanding of what hospitality means. Thank you to that wonderful employee for making a challenging night feel so much better! Your kindness made a lasting impression!

I will say thin walls

Very clean, staff was helpful and attentive. Amenities were great. Not sure about the breakfast because we woke up after 9am every day and breakfast was done.

The bathroom floor would get wet everytime we showered which made the floor messy and slippery. The shower curtain isn't long enough so the water runs out. We had to put towels on the floor to soak up the water. Also, the pool steps are very slippery, I slipped twice while getting in the pool, luckily I was holding on to the rail so I managed to catch myself.

The entire hotel is clean and is updated. The front desk staff are helpful, pleasant and kind. The housekeeping staff are excellent. Even though they have a difficult job, they smile, and ask if help is needed. The rooms are very, very clean. The pharmacopia toiletries are an excellent amenity and they are full-sized, not tiny bottles. The towels are fluffy and always smell great! The beds are very comfortable and I always sleep very well. The provided coffee is probably the best that I have had in any hotel. It deserves four stars really.

My personal choice is always more light, a brighter light fixture, especially next to the beds. I always read before I sleep!

The property was lovely and everything that a hotel should be. This is a standard that a hotel should have at minimum. Excluding the wake up call I didn't get for breakfast & slight attitude regarding it. In general all the gentleman there are attractive and polite.

Overcharged. Naive, trusting without my glasses I had no idea that the price was greatly increased. For a disabled person on a budget fleeing the person who caused such violence & destruction I felt grossly taken advantage of and I'm done being abused by men in any capacity. The overcharges are causing $ financial strife especially as I now have to travel for a funeral. It would be nice to just trust one person one business one anything and know you're not going to get taken advantage of.

Loved the underground covered parking. The room was very clean and comfortable! The 70-inch TV was impressive. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, and the staff was helpful and courteous. All the staff were friendly, from the night crews when checking in, to the day staff when checking out. I would highly recommend this hotel for your travel plans! It's location is within walking distance, reasonably, to the OC fair grounds.

I liked the location of the hotel and the upgraded features!! The property was very well maintained. The rooms were spacious and it was very quiet in the hotel! The showers were great and the walk in closet stole the show! The amenities were excellent! Who needs an expensive hotel! Please visit this location! Great price, experience, and overall awesome hospitality!

I would say the coffee machine could have been better but it had a lot of selections but other then that no complaints.

Room: Very large and clean. HUGE TV. No carpet which to me is the best thing. I hate carpet because of my allergies. Bed was perfect for both my husband and me. Breakfast: My husband and I are vegetarian, so we don't usually enjoy the breakfast at any hotel. Pool: We didn't visit the pool, but could see it out our window. Pretty large and very clean. Location: If you are going to the Orange County Fair like we did, this hotel is literally next store. I would suggest taking Uber to the fair simply because the parking lot at the fairgrounds is terrible to get out of after a concert.

I was very pleasantly surprised, the lobby was so nice, the room was nice, spacious, clean and comfortable. It asked about the view and I couldn't give it a smiling face because it was a dirt lot with weeds and broken down cars, but I didn't need a view, we just needed a nice bed and shower, which we got :)

I can't really think of anything I didn't like, I don't think the hot tub was working, but the pool was heated so we used that. I really enjoyed the nice lobby, I liked that there was convenient stairs in the lobby to the second floor where we stayed and they had a really nice community area at the top of the stairs that was really nice for visiting, reading, eating a brought in meal... We didn't make it in time for the breakfast, so I can't comment on that.

We liked everything. VERY clean, friendly helpful staff, lovely pool, breakfast, plenty of free parking, spacious rooms, excellent value. Really nice window coverings, not drapes. Lovely lobby with an interesting public room above it where you could sit & read or wait for someone. Terrific coffee "machine" in the lobby which had several different coffee choices. There were snacks available there too, for purchase. 10+ stars. We had 3 rooms & were all very impressed.

Ice machines only on !st & 3rd floors, we were on the 2nd floor. Our coffee machine already had water in it but we didn't know that, so after adding a cup of water, we ended up with coffee all over the desk it was on. There were 2 bottles of water provided next to the machine, which we were for coffee... anyway, we made a mess, but we cleaned it up & went downstairs to the lobby where there is a really nice coffee machine that brews several different coffees. Problem solved,
