The room was huge! Perfect location for my trip and very accommodating staff, if needed, but their digital keys work flawlessly, so you might never need them. Staff at the bell desk were super helpful and the shuttle to SNA very convenient. Will definitely plan to stay here for future trips to Orange County!

Unfortunately, they weren’t able to offer early check in or late check out, which I understand as it is a great property so they are probably busy! The barista at Starbucks gave a great recommendation for a local beach to check out though since late checkout wasn’t available. 🙂 I’m not sure the A/C works very well as my room was hot and I was constantly fiddling with it and low water pressure in the shower. All small things that shouldn’t deter you from staying here.

Location plus the airport shuttle service …very convenient! Plus the set up of the bathroom with an extra sink outside the main bathroom, again convenient for the occupants!

It’s old and the plumbing fixtures especially the shower fixture is outdated and difficult to turn on! And the maintenance guy who tried to help us just dismissed it that “all hotels are like that,” which we disagree because we are travelers and we don’t encounter such issue in the hotels we had stayed in!

Perfect place to stay in Costa Mesa, spacious rooms enough for the family along with comfortable beds and clean toilets. The indoor parking also gives you peace of mind for car safety.

If guests are expected to get their own water refills, it would be good to have more than just paper cups but rather notify the guests to bring their own bottles OR provide a small water pitcher in the rooms that are refillable.

Centrally located. The room was huge and very comfortable. The room and entire facility was quite clean and very quiet. The parking was a bit expensive and quoted at check in vs web site. Overall I’d stay here again.

The heating unit was the only exception to a quiet stay. It made humming noise each time the heater kicked in.

Cleanliness and underground parking. Quite central. Value for money compared with similar hotels in the area and we will definitely stay again when visiting our family.

The member of staff checking us in omitted to give us our breakfast vouchers which delayed our breakfast the following morning when we were short of time. The chairs in the restaurant were too low in the booths - I'm not particularly short, but it felt like my chin was virtually on the table!

Staff was not the friendliest and most helpful, except Starbucks lady full of energy. They charge 5$ handling fee for each package you receive (online shopping etc) and it takes a while to track and find them.

I would have liked the option to reserve check in at the time I arrived, although the staff was still very accommodating. Other than that, the price was the only down side. Pricey but worth it. I felt like Paris Hilton, and I would love to stay again and maybe do a collab on socials or something for a discount.

the staff was welcoming & environment was chill and clean. i was given free water n chocolate + a free coffee at the starbucks bc i was the “guest of the day”. nice i’d stay again.

the window had a view of the parking lot. i know there wasn’t opportunity for an outrageous view but it was just an awkward placement.

It would be nice if I could receive an itemized copy of the room and parking charges, especially since being charged for parking was not expressed as a separate and additional charge

Really nice hotel overall, in fact it's much nicer than the photos in my opinion. There are lots of amenities and it seemed to be a big hotel for both business travellers and for special family occasions. If staying in the Costa Mesa/Newport Beach area again, I'm going to come here for sure.

I thought parking was too expensive, but this is the case with lots of hotels in California these days.
