Great location and clean. Initial check in with Front desk agent Jay was excellent he was very professional and polite. He made the check in process a breeze. I had the complete opposite experience over the phone on Sunday afternoon. The man who answered was very dismissive and condescending. He sounded like an older man. I wish I would have got his name. Very unprofessional

Hidden fees, an extra deposit I didn't know about nor was prepared for financially but once there It was my only option, I had to pay for parking with my rental car which was an additional 90$ I didn't know about which now came out of my deposit. It became overly expensive. Then little things weren't double checked like in the shower there was no body wash I asked to replace it and it never was.

The design of the building was beautiful. The art on the wall was fun to look at and the rooms were super clean!

Facility is very nice. Everything is updated and great.

There was no microwave in the room to heat leftovers. It was very hard to find a cart to carry luggage from the parking garage to the room. Long walk and confusing elevators to the rooms. Loud parties in the lobby area every weekend.

BREAKFAST WAS SATISFACTORY AND THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT

THE SETUP CAN BE MORE HYGIENIC. THE FOOD IS OUT IN THE OPEN AND ANYONE WHO COUGHS OR SNEEZES WHILE GETTING FOOD MAY COMPROMISE THE FOOD. THE SHOWERS ALL HAVE A BATHTUB, WHICH IS DIFFICULT FOR ANYONE WITH LIMITED MOTION IN THEIR LEGS. A WALK-IN SHOWER IN SOME ROOMS WITH TWO BEDS WOULD BE APPRECIATED

Bed & pillows very comfortable. Shuttle bus was not available so staff very efficiently arranged for a lyft ride for me to the premises

$203 for the night and I had to purchase a $2 bottle of water on arrival!

The room wasn't clean one day. You must make sure rooms gets cleaned every day.

The location was nice. About 10 min from everything I had planned for the weekend. The drinks were good. Food wise I would give it a 7 out of 10. my gf and I felt the food was cooked well. The texture was nice. In our opinion it needs more flavor. Then I realized from eating at nearby restaurants this weekend, Alot of the food choices we had were bland. We ate at 5 different locations, including the restaurant in the hotel and only 1 place provided the flavor we like when it comes to food. All the drinks we had this weekend we're on point. No argument there.

My gf did not sleep to well. She felt the bed was more on the hard side.
