Common areas (lobby) and restaurant staff were great.

It felt a little bit dirty to me. The housekeeper overlooked a rolled up pair of dirty socks in our room. Secondly, the carpeting in the hallways was dirty. Every corner and room threshold had accumulated dirt and debris that hadn’t been swept and vacuumed. Baseboards are dirty.

I am very satisfied with the service of Sheraton Hotel. When I had a problem with the cancellation request from Dec 7 to Dec 11 changed to Dec 8 to Dec 12. Cancellation request number: 4758249581. I was charged $631.80. I need the help of the hotel manager. I saw Mr. Steve Langevin, front office manager, he helped me get an immediate refund approval letter of $631.80 on Dec 9-2024. involve number 1000164054. But unfortunately, until today I still have not received the refund from Booking.com. By the way, I request Booking.com to please refund me the amount of $631.80. I would be grateful if Booking.com refunds me as soon as possible. Thank you Richard Dang

The location of the hotel is excellent, especially if you are going to the Disneyland resort, but also if you want to escape from the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles. The rooms are spacious with large and comfortable beds. The parking lot is charged extra, but there are always free spaces. We had a comfortable stay at the hotel.

Somewhat outdated furniture in the room. Breakfast was literally identical every day. A very interesting solution for opening hot water in the bathroom, where a huge amount of water is consumed.

When we first arrived the front desk took care of us. I wish I could remember the lady name that took care of us but it was Christmas Eve around 5/6 pm. She got us a great room and put us on the 6th floor which gave us access to the 7th floor pantry where we got a hot breakfast and nightly hot food between 5/7. Snacks 24/7. All complimentary. Beds were so comfortable and room was huge.

Housekeeping took our duvet cuz my husband got blood on it but replaced with a clean duvet no complaints there however, no blanket in which we did not realize til we went to bed and towels either 1 bath towel or no bath towels. Overall house keeping was awesome except for what I said above.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sheraton Garden Grove - Anaheim South. The lounge area was lovely, and staying on the upper floors was a great experience. The bed was very comfortable, with soft cotton bedding and a cozy duvet. The room was exceptionally clean, and we even had a beautiful white bathrobe and slippers—though only one set, even though we were a couple. The breakfast was delicious, and overall, the service and atmosphere were excellent.

The lounge area is expected to offer a variety of snacks, but in the evening upon our arrival, we only saw chips, different types of dry cookies, tea, and a small selection of fruit. The next day, however, none of these snacks were available at all. Additionally, at check-in, we asked the front desk about the latest possible check-out time, as we had access to the club lounge. The manager informed us that we could check out at 12:00 PM, so we planned accordingly. However, it seemed that housekeeping was not aware of our late check-out, as they were already prepared to clean our room while we were still packing. The housekeeper was very polite and did not rush us, but the situation made us feel that we needed to leave quickly.

We stayed here for one night on New Year's Eve after a long day at Disneyland, and it was a great experience. We let them know we'd be arriving around 3am, and they made the process seamless. Check-in was super quick, which we really appreciated given the late hour. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable, providing the perfect rest after a busy day. Another plus was that, since we stayed for just one night, we didn't have to pay for parking, which was a nice touch. Check-out was just as fast as check-in, making the entire experience hassle-free. The location is ideal if you're visiting the Disneyland Resort—about a 10-minute drive, more or less. Overall, a convenient and pleasant stay. Highly recommended for Disneyland visitors!

This hotel is very nice. Not fancy, but not cheap and run down either. We are luckily that we receive a free upgrade to Club Level where we enjoy the breakfast, snacks, and beverages they have available every day. The rooms are cozy and always have extra seating available. The coffee in the room is always great. The staff in the Club Lounge as well as the front desk are always super friendly and helpful. We actually really like that it’s a little bit away from the commotion surrounding the Disneyland Resort. We don’t mind driving to the parking deck every morning.

The down side I’m sorry to say are the beds in our room. We had two beds and both were not good at all. Very soft and just all around bad for your back. Paying for parking is frustrating when you have to pay at Disneyland too.

We liked how spacious the room is. The room has a coffeemaker so we were able to brew coffee before heading out each day. Each bed have around 4 pillows but a couple are a little thin and soft. We also liked that there is an iron and ironing board. Another thing we liked is the hotel’s location. It was across Target so we can easily buy stuff that we need. There are also a lot of restaurants and fast food near the hotel to choose from. It’s also near a bus stop so commuting is convenient.

Just minor stuff. They didn’t have an airport transport service so we were at the mercy of uber/lyft rates. The room doesn’t have a microwave so we couldn’t heat up food.

Very clean and very friendly staff. Check in and check out were quick and we had housekeeping every day. Hotel even gave me chocolate covered strawberries and an upgraded room with club access for my birthday weekend. Staff comped our parking as well! Only 10 minutes away from Pixar Pals garage and a great value for the hotels in the area!

Fire alarm went off on our floor at about 1 AM. Staff explained that it was because of an electrical short. Extremely inconvenient, but grateful it wasn’t anything serious.
