I had a king suite on the second floor - it was VERY spacious, with a comfortable sofa (bed - only used as a sofa), blackout drapes (a real plus for long summer days that are bright from 5:30 am), large flat screen tv, bathroom foyer with open closet on one side and mini-fridge and microwave on the other, coffee machine in the lobby in the morning, ample free parking, and quiet.

I messaged the hotel through Booking.com to ask if I could have an early check in, and received an email response that I should check on the morning of my arrival. When I called at 11 am to ask if I could check in 60-90 minutes before the check-in time at 2 pm, the young man on the front desk said that they allow check in as early as 11 am with a $50 fee. If they had informed me of that in the email message I would have arrived much earlier, as I then had to drive 90 minutes to get there, so only arrived close to 1 pm and still was asked (very politely) by the young man at the front desk to pay $50. I asked if they would consider $25 since it was just over an hour to check in time, but he said he did not have the authority to make that decision.

Harbor Inn had great staff, checked in around 12am and still accommodated us, very spacious rooms, about 10 min drive to Disneyland, always had parking and it’s free, near many restaurants to choose from and close to a target for anything you might need. All in all a great stay for its price, location. Would recommend staying here again, budget friendly.

Might need a little room updating but nothing drastic

I did like the friendliness of staff. My check in was on the late side and the office was still open. Desk attendant was polite and check in process was very easy. Rooms are clean, well cared for and the beds are relatively comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was nothing to complain about, towels were clean. Traveled with a friend and the room was exactly what we needed for the perfect price!

Some of the power outlets to charge our electronics were not working.

It was peaceful for the most part. We really appreciated having the "do not disturb" placard respected. A lot of places we've stayed at, just come in anyway. The staff member we met was polite and helpful.

Probably the location, but honestly, for the price, what's a little spent on bus travel? One other thing, also minor, the tub didn't have a drain stopper, so no baths.

Very good pricing for the location and the room quality. The bed was very comfy and the sofa bed worked great for my child (just bring your own blankets), there was a fridge and a microwave in the room and the AC worked great! Good Value!

Parking lot is a little bit tight (i have a compact car) and not much of a view but it's great for sleeping and getting rest. Very quiet area.

Convenient location and rooms were clean.

Needed an extra blanket and staff said they don’t have extras.

friendly staff & cleaning crew; room was wonderful; centrally located for all my needs and interests;

would like the bushes in front of 1st floor rooms to be trimmed farther back; very difficult to walk through them while carrying things; I have tripped over a few times and also snagged my pants and scratched my legs on sharp limbs that are sticking out into the walkway; it is difficult for elder clients with walking handicaps to get through the narrow cement block walkways. it is dangerous.

You really get the "suite" experience for a good price. The cleanliness of the rooms and the lobby are impeccable. The rooms have fancy but simple decor. Bathroom is nicely designed, soundproofing is excellent, and the blackout curtains really get the job done. I think it's the best experience I've had at this price point.

No breakfast or snacks at all for the morning. Not even packaged donettes. I'm not really crazy about that, but I suppose it's fine for the price.

I arrived at 2am from my trip and there is always someone at all hours serving through the night window. The room was generally quite clean although I found long hair on one of the pillows, I removed it from the bed and everything else was in excellent clean condition. For the price I would definitely stay here again.

The location was great, the rooms were spacious and they gave us free ice. They had coffee in the lobby all day and it was good coffee, you also had the option of using the coffee machine in the room. They had a decent size refrigerator and microwave also in the room. The shower pressure was amazing and we had zero problems with the free parking. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Needs new towels and to not use the 2/1 shampoos.
