We were headed to stay for the week of Christmas and ended up switching to this hotel halfway to California from Arizona based off of concerned reviews we saw for the hotel we were booked at. Thankfully this hotel was able to accomdate us and another family we were traveling with. We love the size of the rooms, the full kitchen, breakfast every morning to start our days and the staff is always so friendly and willing to help.

The meat for breakfast this trip didn't really change (could have been due to holiday) but in previous stay they changed the meat each day. This week it was chicken carnitas every day and sausage link/patty

The staff there were all so lovely. Special mention to Nelson, Jigna, Gabriel at the Breakfast staff and also Hassan on check in, he is incredibly helpful and all these people were especially amazing and made you feel so welcome. Being able to check into our Room super early was a god send as we were from New Zealand and needed the rest. The pool area was great, thank you all so much, we would definitely stay again. Great Location with lots of food options around close by.

Was a little outdated on the interior of the rooms, but still very clean and totally fine to stay at, especially for the price.

Excellent customer service. The staff was amazing and super friendly. Very helpful every step of the way. The breakfast was exceptional!! The location was so close to The toy story parking lot where you can catch the bus directly to the park. Very large grassy area with dog bags for your pets. The grounds are very clean and maintenance does a great job keeping the place looking nice. The pool area and hot tub are huge. The rooms are very big and the full size fridge and kitchen is very convenient.

Few small sugar ants by the pool. Keep your stuff on top of the tables not on the ground.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable, plenty of room. Breakfast was really nice, lots of selection with the main dishes different every morning.

Kitchen sink in our room was coming apart. TV was programmed to not allow us to hook up our fire stick. Yes it was a smart TV that offered Netflix but didn't have Disney+ or Prime which I felt was kinda lame considering we were literally block away from Disneyland!!

I liked how roomy the rooms were. And a full kitchen was nice.

Well I was not happy that I was quoted one price in my confirmation of $968 then when I went to pay I was charged more the bill came to $1076.20. The desk clerk told me there had been a mistake. And he said he would fix it . He said there would be a refund for $110 to my card. And to this day I have not gotten any. So it's not right to get changed more when you are expecting one price.. and get changed more 😞☹️

How fast I was able to check in Skyy was super help and kind. The housekeeping spoke English clearly so things I needed help with they were able to help me. Without me always calling the front desk for help. That meant a lot. If I needed anything I received it fast. This is a great family hotel with an amazing breakfast 🥞. I’ve already booked my second stay. Thumbs 👍🏼 up to the Hotel as a whole. I appreciate them all

They don’t have smart tv

There is a Target right across the street that made it convenient for our 7 days stay. The breakfast menu was different for each of our days stay. The employees were all great except for one that I will further explain on what I didn't like section. Shout out to the cooks that always greeted us with a good morning and a special thanks to Nelson who sang Happy Birthday to my 5-year-old that just made her morning. The pool area was great well-guarded but easy to access from the hotel. The room was big for our family of 5 and the kitchen had all we needed if we were like at home.

A heavier set employee/manager made us uncomfortable on our last day using the laundry room. He just stood inside the already small room with no desire to have a conversation and will give us cold short answers. We didn't even bother folding our clothes there and just packed it as is to our room.

Perfect location for visiting Disney Parks. Shuttle bus system was easy. Target a short walk away. Friendly staff, breakfast included, laid back family atmosphere. Nice room with the added benefit of having a kitchenette and sofa. Tea, coffee, shampoo, conditioner and the most amazing body lotion - all available in the room.

A vegetarian option with the hot breakfast would have been good.

Hotel room itself was roomy. Full size fridge, good table for charging/unloading for the day, bathroom was decent size for what it was Target is across the street, lots of restaurants. Really good Japanese fusion place (nova?) had great food that wasn’t burgers and was reasonably priced for 5 people. Kinda fancy though. The breakfast is a feast. And the people making it are amazing. Super friendly. Coffee all day available, and it’s good coffee. Not like crappy watery…it was really good. You easily save yourself $100 a day just in coffee and breakfast, so the price made it very worth it, even with the cons.

Shower and bathroom was very basic, plus we had a leak from the floor above us which was a real pain and kinda gross. Laundry was…adequate. It was definitely better than nothing for sure. Parking is kind of a headache. Sometimes we would lap around 4 times and not find anything still. Depends on the time of day I think mostly. Got in late a lot.

Breakfast was great. Location was good.

So I checked in online and picked my rooms and reserved them. I tried getting my key for my room hooked up. It couldn’t and said I needed to visit the front desk. Come to find out, they gave my rooms away that I paid for and reserved ahead of time. Didn’t make sense why they gave the option to reserve the rooms in the first place.
