I had heard bad stuff about the BemAiri heard the rooms were disgusting but they were remodeled nice clean great air conditioning super clean rooms the staff is very friendly and always smiling . Anything we needed was handled . There are a million places to eat I’m excited about that and everything is within walking distance

Nothing really

I thought the room was very nice and there was a big refrigerator in it. The lighting was nice and the bed was super comfortable. Staff was also nice. The bed was missing a blanket and the receptionist brought one to me right away. I got a very good night sleep.

The only thing that I didn't like was the back patio was open. Meaning anyone from the parking lot can walk behind your room to the patio and that made me feel a little uncomfortable, knowing that anyone from the street or the parking lot could come in behind the rooms. I didn't check the lock on the patio door to make sure it was locked and thankfully it was.

Secluded and large room

The female staff in the morning just was not very friendly at all. Gentleman the night before was quite nice

parking was easy, the front desk was nice and found my profile quick and gave me my room key and told me where to go. beds were really comfy & AC was freezing cold if you put it on it’s coldest setting which was great since at this time it’s summer. we had tv, wifi, fridge, and microwave. checkout was hassle free & super quick and the front desk guy remember who I was.

They were still remodeling the facility so there was some materials here and there & blankets were not anything special but that’s nothing major to turn me away.

The owner who checked me in is fabulous and very kind. The location is convenient for my situation.

The motel could use a little update but I’m super picky and hard to please so don’t mind me !

The Bel Air Motor Hotel is the best hotel compared to price. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean and the air conditioning works well. Couple this with hot water and a strong shower, you leave refreshed knowing your money was well spent. I have stayed at every motel in Santa Ana and Tustin and I highly recommend the bel air for comfort and cleanliness compared to the dollar you spend.

The parking gets a little tight at times but overall the hotel is great.

I liked the clean room and the convenience of shop nearby

The sign out front of the place needs to be fixed and updated

Friendly staff. Peaceful area with a park across the street.

Some broken things in the room, place was a little dated. Ice machine broken, bathroom door, sink handle, our room was being worked on as we entered.

Quiet, peaceful area with food and amenities very close to our room.

Bathroom was terrible and I had to keep door closed just to stay in the room.

I like that the property was comfortable. The ac worked amazing which is awesome because of this extremely hot weather. the staff was also very friendly and lenient

Only thing i can say is that tub handle was broken so it was tricky to get the water going, other than that no other complaints (:
