Cool rooms and management was awesome!

Lights were broken in one area of the room but it was still fine

Check-in was easy and straight forward. The shower wasn't weird, had climate control, room was adequate, clean and quiet.

The check-in time limitation was restrictive for my particular visit as I was out and about once I arrived. I would have preferred to have been able to check in at any time was most convenient but was offered a spare room from a friend since we were drinking. I wasn't offered reimbursement for the day I did not check in but, I did not push for it since the reservation was maintained and no cancellations were made clear on agreement; so it was strictly business.

It was a big room but needs furniture

There wasn't any chairs or a couch it need more furniture

Condition of rooms, overpriced cost for room with spa, decomposed rat behind building that was seen from window, had to stuff a towel under the door to keep the cold air in, no phones in the rooms, cables and wires are not properly tucked away and hidden from view looks like a mess

The only good thing about this facility is that it is very close to my work.

Manager told my significant other while I wasn't present that I stole some lights the last time I stayed at their motel which is 100% untrue if I wanted some neon lights I would have saved money and went and stayed at the motel 6 and bought some. Their rooms and bedding definitely needs to be upgraded for what they are charging. Also I lost my ID in the room and they wouldn't allow me to go and get it and check In my opinion this stay was not worth the money

Having to leave a $50 cash deposit. That i never got back.

The jacuzzi was large.

First the room was not cleaned.. we ended up wipping down the room as it was the best of the 2 jacuzzi suites available. We found a sex object left on a counter and a rubber tube on the floor. Cleaning lady had not done her job right and we spent time cleaning it ourselves since cleaning crew was gone for the day. We changed the sheets since there was still hair in the sheets and pillow covers. In the morning we noticed the in room jacuzzi had a leak under platform it sat on after we drained it. Covid should be taken more seriously and they need to do some serious work on the room. If I had another option that night I would NOT have stayed as we did a late check in.

The location was close to where we needed to be the next day.

The room was extremely dirty. Walls were dirty and had shoe prints on one wall. The furniture was old and broken. The dresser drawers were full of trash. There were cockroaches on the bathroom floor. They were almost dead, but still very gross. The room had not been cleaned, though the bed had been made. I have pictures and video.

Leaving

Dirty, face plates missing on outlets. Window in bathroom had broken lock so wouldn’t stay shut. Couch had multiple suspect stains. Bed was hard and very in comfortable. Sheets were stained and had cigarette burns in them.
