Rooms are clean, big and spacious, beds were comfortable and it was a good price

Parking sucks

Traveling as a single woman on a limited budget, I needed a hotel close to family in Orange, CA. Although not fancy, Casa Blanca Hotel met my needs, the staff was nice, and I felt safe staying there four nights. Located 20 minutes north of John Wayne/SNA airport, at the 55 fwy and Katella Ave in Orange, it's convenient to shopping as well. Even though hotel is located right by the freeway, I didn't hear any traffic. I will stay at Casa Blanca again when needed.

Louvered blinds by the front door would not close tightly, and let in more light than I wanted at night. The pool is empty, but I hadn't planned to use it anyway.

I checked in very early that morning of my stay.. it was 6 am to be exact and instead of the manager telling me that I would need to check out by 11 am if I were to check in at that time or even possibly charging me an early check in fee to get at least the room for the night, he proceeded to check me in and take all my money for the only room I could afford along with a cash deposit of 100$$ but he did all this and kicked me out at 11am and then kept my deposit claiming I smoked cigarettes in the room and then called police to get me off property for trespassing.. I must have cried for hours over how this property treated me.. I don't recommend this place to anyone these people are slum lord's

The room was clean and comfortable. Very spacious. Loved that it had a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Staff was friendly. We left early morning and left the key at the counter. I called later in the morning to make sure check out went through and it did. The man on the phone was friendly.

When we walked in the room there was a strong smell of smoke even though our room was Non-smoking. We had to turn the A/C on to allow some air to clear. The hotel is behind the Cheveron gas station which was a little difficult to find I had to circle around twice to find it.

Our room was VERY clean. Even the floors! No black feet. I loved that there was a bathroom window that I could open with a functioning screen! I also thought the size of the room was great.

The weatherstripping was old and cracked and made a horrible noise whenever we opened or closed the door. I asked that it be fixed but that never happened. And I couldn't open my window because the screen was bent really bad and I didn't want any bugs flying in

Affordable price. I like the floorplan - bedroom with TV, table, night stands and couch in the main room. There is a wide hallway that is parallel to the length of the bedroom that had the closet, microwave, fridge, long counter for the sink, and at the end of the hall a door to go through with the toilet and shower. So, the bathroom area was a separate space from the bedroom. There are "home improvements" throughout the old hotel room.

We didn't plan to use the pool, but so you know, there is no water in the pool, as of 11/3/23.

The room was nice and the guy that checked me in was just doing his job. Nothing was not typical of this reservation.

I asked for a 2nd floor room in my Booking but he put me in a 1st floor room and right next to the office I didn't like having to hear every time someone went to the office. I would have preferred a room away or upstairs like I requested.

Casa Blanca Hotel is an inexpensive hotel where you get what you pay for. For an economy hotel it is OUTSTANDING. Clean and comfortable beds, good TV, SAFE environment, and overall a nice place to stay.

Our room was clean and good however there was no extra toilet paper but we were able to make due. I'm sure that if we went to the office they would have given us more. If we were staying more that one night we would have gotten more.

The rooms are exceptional clean ,,,very , very nice rooms ,,, bed is excellent to sleep on ,,, plenty of space even has a couch in the room with a pull out bed for extra people ,,,, very highly recommend to stay at anytime

The parking lot was not designed well at all. Awkward size and shape. A little dicey area. lack of a pool yet pool is pictured still on website
