This is a fantastic hotel. Bed is very comfy, room.is very clean, shower spray is strong and water temperature is proper.. Room is quiet, and also has a loveseat which is a nice touch. And a little refrigerator and microwave with a small sink near them provided. Staff is very helpful - helped me extend my stay at a rate cheaper than what app I booked on was offering. Breakfast is good - scrambled eggs, sausage, some.cereal.choices, waffles, fruits, juices, potatoes, toast, etc ..Would most definitely book at Ayres in Diamond Bar again.

Only thing is the height of shower is higher than usual to step into. (Not a big deal though.)

The property was beautiful! Very inviting and warm. So very comfortable and easy to feel at home, relaxed! The whole atmosphere just felt good. Better than good! Sylvia was wonderful! She felt like a long time friend that we bonded with! It was a joy to see her in the morning and thru out the day! She relieved all anxiety and felt like a true friend. And she is brilliant regarding the hotel wines!! I miss her already! And chef is fabulous! I have to eat gluten free and there were several breakfast items I could eat that were tasty, filling, and deeeelish!! The afternoon socials were wonderful! We so enjoyed the time with such tasty snacks and beverages, love sitting in the lobby/lounge area with other travelers This was our first time here and we hope to return. The staff were amazing! Sylvia made us feel like friends that she welcomed in to her home. Chef fed us as if we were special guests! Housekeeping actually cleans your room every day without even asking for service- and they even brought us additional towels within minutes of asking if it was possible for more! No complaints about the facility

The hotel is situated from 45 minutes drive from LAX airport, 30 minutes drive from disneyland and Ontarion Fashion outlets. Walmart, Ross and TJ Max are also 5 minutes drive. Many Indian/Pakistani restaurants are nearby. Very kind and friendly staff especially I am grateful to Sarah who treated us like a family member. Buffet breakfast and free parking forced us to extend our stay for many days.

The double bed rooms are lacking sofa to sit. So you have to spend whole time on the bed. But a computer chair with a table is available.

Does not serve coffee throughout the day! The coffee served at breakfast is not good. The chef that’s there on the weekends is not friendly. He made comments in Spanish to other workers about how he wasn’t going to put out everything for bfast. I didn’t know what he was talking about until Monday when he wasn’t working. The new chef had yogurts, muffins, and bacon. His negative customer service really sets the mood for the guests, and is why I will not be giving this place a 10. But other than that our family loved staying here! We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub, and our room was clean and comfortable. Thanks Ayres Suites Diamond Bar!

By far, this was the cleanest and most comfortable hotel, me and my fiance has stayed at. During COVID we took advantage of the low prices and stayed at different hotels and Ayres Suites Diamond Bar was amazing! The minute I walked into the lobby it was nice, jazz music playing, and after checking in they told me every night they have reception hour, free wine, beer and drinks, and food. That initially impressed me, went to the room, and my god, lol it was really really nice, spacious, nice view and most importantly it was clean and smelled clean also.

The funny thing, the only thing I did not like (it's not important lol), was that their breakfast hour I wish lasted a bit longer for us late sleepers lol.

Location is quite. I loved that Housekeeping checked in daily. Room was kept clean. My family enjoyed complimentary breakfast buffet where you can make your waffles, there’s always frest fruits, eggs, sometimes with fresh spinach, etc. overall it’s great! I would stay again.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful,. A special shout out to Christy, Danielle and Sylvia! All three went out of their way to make sure our stay was.perfect! Housekeeping was fantastic and people working the kitchen were amazing! Ayres Suites in Diamond Bar is an excellent place to stay and I highly recommend it!

Nothing to dislike.

The staff member that checked us in was very friendly. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The tub was pretty deep, which would be great for soaking, but it was a little harder for my little ones to get in and out of. Breakfast was decent with cereal options, eggs, potatoes, sausage, and breads. The Belgium waffle station is always a hit with my kids.

We had a little trouble figuring out the A/C, so we were a bit warm in the night.

It was immaculate, quiet. Always someone friendly and helpful behind the front desk 24/7. ·loved how you go the extra mile and offered wine and snacks in front of a cozy fireplace every afternoon. While u had places to go, I. Noticed several of your guests participating.

Very nice hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room was dark at night.

We had two problems with the room. We got in after midnight do we could not have the hotel address the problems. The toilet would not flush unless we did in manually, yes putting our hand in the empty tank and pushing the flap down. Also no coffee cups were provided with the coffee machine.
