Modern facilities with clean spacious rooms. We had everything we needed in our room. Ample space, storage, plenty of hooks to hang items, fridge, microwave, and TV. Our bed was big and comfortable with clean linens and fluffy pillows. our shower and bathroom had great amout of counter space, shower was good. Loved that there was a blowdryer provided. We enjoyed our stay and we're sad that we only had one day at this location. We will return in the future.

The room above us was obnoxiously loud, but that can't really be blamed on the hotel.

Location...If you are visiting Pomona I recommend staying in chino hills...the area is nice, a movie theater next door, plenty of shopping, everything you need close by...the guy at the desk was really nice, accommodated us with welcoming arms...check in was quick, price was worth it to stay in a nice clean area and he offered what floor we wanted which I've never been asked from a hotel...Free Breakfast unlike the Hilton Garden in Pomona where you have to pay...This will always be our hotel when visiting our family in Pomona

The room was super clean. The front desk was super helpful. I wish I would have gotten the name of the guy that checked us in he was super nice! Breakfast was good just wish it had a bit more protein options. Check in was super quick. Love that they offered complimentary water. Hotel is in a nice safe area. Very well stocked Sundries. Overall fantastic!

Only complaint I had was the shower. Water pressure was very low. Water was a little above lukewarm, it just never got hot.

Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Everything was clean, room was well equipped. The bathroom was spacious with lots of counter space which we loved. Room has a microwave and a desk which are super useful. Staff members were very friendly. Breakfast was good (especially the mini waffles!) Hampton Inn frankly exceeded our expectations!

Liked everything except the floating shelf masquerading as a shared nightstand between two beds. I removed the phone and clock, so we had a little room for bedtime stuff. Lighting was limited. Bathroom, beds, pillows, etc. awesome. Towels were small and rough, like high-school shower towels.

The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was very large, great breakfast, and the staff was friendly.

It was very noisy since our room faced the freeway. A little more insulation would have made our stay 100% better. The air conditioning was also loud.

I enjoyed the breakfast and enjoyed the location because there was a lot of places within walking distance.

The people next to me were extremely loud, but hotel staff made sure they turned down their music during my stay.

The staff were very helpful and always pleasant! it is surrounded by Family, Stores and a great place with Coffee, Water Gyms and a Very Comfortable room. we will go to Hampton Inn Every Time

The breakfast was adequate, not stellar, but adequate. The breakfast room was very nice. The attendant(s) were right on top of everything, even when one of the guests dumped 2 or 3 cups of coffee onto the floor at the coffee station. (I sure hope that guest tipped the attendant!)

Breakfast is good. The location is convenient, and there is easy access to the highway. Safe neighborhood.

The price was in the high range. We extended stay by one night and the price went up 5o dollars.
