I booked this hotel due to the reviews I saw on Booking.com. They measured up. I was very comfortable in the room and I especially liked there were lots of pillows and they were not down/down alternative. I liked that the breakfast menu varied a bit each day and Naeli that worked the breakfast room was wonderful. She was warm, friendly and welcoming. She knew how to read her area and what may be anticipated. While I was getting coffee and my waffle was ready, she simply went and set it on my table for me.

The reception desk staff lacked any warmth. I'd just driven hours to get to the area and had to use the restroom badly upon arriving. The gentlemen ahead of me was taking a while to check in and so I finally interrupted to ask where the restroom was. She seemed annoyed at my interruption. When I checked out, again, a different girl... no warmth. In hospitality, warmth and a pleasant reception go a long way to setting the tone for our stay. The housekeeping staff offered a much warmer reception when they refilled my soap that was empty upon getting into my room.

We haven't stayed at a real MOTEL for a while - where you park and walk directly into your room from the parking lot - it was a refreshing throwback to earlier times. The parking lot was gated and fenced securely, and pleasantly landscaped. This is not meant to sound critical, just a matter of fact that the breakfast was average for a "free" hotel/motel breakfast . I should add that there were adequate fresh fruit options, protein, cereal, freshly made waffles - helpful, friendly staff at breakfast and at check in. The room was updated, beds were comfortable, AC worked well, bathroom was nice with two sinks (more hotels should do this since often two people are trying to get ready at the same time) and a real shower instead of a bathtub/shower. The beds were comfortable, Rooms were quiet with no traffic noise like some hotels located near an interstate. We did not use the pool, hot tub, or workout room, but they appeared to be nicely appointed.

No elevator to second level, but I know the person who checked in right before us requested a first floor room and got one. If you don't want people looking into your room as they walk by the outside, you have to shut the curtains - like any motel.

I liked everything about the hotel, it was clean and in a lovely area.

The only thing I found odd, is I prepaid months before for a double room and when I checked in, which was late, there were no rooms available. I don’t understand when you prepay for a room, that it isn’t ready for you, no matter what time you arrive. We did get given a suite instead but I had to sleep on a pull out sofa which was incredibly uncomfortable and not good for my back. It wasn’t really a bonus having a suite, as we didn’t spend a lot of time at the hotel so never used room, it literally was just to sleep.

King Suite was spacious and bed was so much comfortable. Weather was too hot but the Air Conditioner was working perfectly to make the room like a heaven. Breakfast was basic but fulfilling. Mr. Suresh at reception was very helpful and polite person.

Shower pressure was too low . One day the water supply was cut off for more than 3 hours , I was so much confused about what happened with water and was getting late to go out without shower. Room service was awful, they did not knock to check if we need cleaning . I once chased them up for cleaning. Unfortunately the cleaning staff Donot speak English.

No housekeeping on our second day, we were asked the morning after we arrived and said no, we are fine, but they didn't come clean or restock the next morning - toilet paper and towels were needed and only one coffee and our feet got so dirty on the floor in our room, I should have taken a picture of the towel we stept on and there were black footprints, curtains don't close completely and light from outside shined through.

The hotel is in a nice area of Upland, and it is centrally located to restaurants and other businesses. The room was modern and clean. The beds were comfortable. The rooms are mostly located away from the road, so noise is minimal. It is a gated hotel so it is quite safe. Breakfast was good. There were choices of fruit, cereals and yogurts much like other hotels, but they also offered waffles and other hot items depending on the day of the week. All of the staff members were nice.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Breakfast was very good. coffee was excellent. spa was good. staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious.

The only one draw back was the first room we were assigned to was clean, but it was extremely obvious someone had been smoking in the room (for days). It reeked. It was overwhelming when we first walked in. In hopes it would get better with AC running, we stayed in the room for 30 minutes before we knew we couldn't stay in that room. The front counter was quick to put us in a different room and we had no other issues with this hotel. The view of the mountains is beautiful.

Great daily presented menu hot fresh & yummy. Several other items hot/ cold cereals,breads, mufffins etc. Juices, fruit & coffee. No fear of items rolling under the bed /dressers -blocked. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash attached to shower wall super handy. Bathroom has motion ativated lite that is on self timer. Lite also has manual control . Staff I encountered were extremely hard working and very polite.

Toilet is VERY LOW. Im only 5ft. & toilet edge comes about an inch below my knee. I feel like a giant for one of the very few times in my life. The toilet also whistles like a tea kettle while refilling.

It's a great location if you have to fly via the Ontario airport. There are grocery stores, pharmacies, and good restaurants near by, as well as a good restaurant inside the hotel. The room was really big, with two big TV screens and a kitchen. The bed was really comfortable.

It's a two-story building, and there was a lot of noise from the above apartment. On my last day, I had a problem with a whistling noise that made me change rooms. They provided me with a great room afterwards.
