Easy check in, had to pay early check in fee $25 which was totally fine. The nice lady at check in knew we needed to wash our clothes so she got us a room right across the laundry room. Room was very clean, comfortable and had the necessities. We just stayed the night because we had an early flight out. They have shuttle service that can pick you up at your room if requested. Overall, would recommend for a quick stay!

The room was clean…..the shuttle service to the airport was efficient. The van driver was exceptionally friendly & helpful

The neighborhood…..we saw people searching through trash cans on the hotel property. Old mattresses we stacked in a couple locations throughout the parking lot….maybe waiting to be picked up. When we stepped outside at 4am to get the shuttle, there was a very ragged looking woman asleep on one of the mattresses

Breakfast was a taste like Grandma's kitchen. Everything in order. Clean. Great smell as I walked through the door. Staff very professional and friendly. The Coffee, I love ❤️ it.

The volume to the T.V. It was off. A little bit of volume would be perfecto.

It was a great location, and easy to find. It was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was great. We parked right in front of our room, which for seniors was wonderful. The flowers and plants were well kept. The breakfast was good( with quite a few options). We had a nice stay.

Conveniently located and close to everything. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful! Free breakfast goes until 10am which is a plus for people who sleep in like us.

Floors were a bit dirty and the toilet handle was broken. The hot tub was out of order when we went which we were looking forward to, but the pool was heated so that was okay!

It’s always so relaxing to stay at the BWP Ontario it’s also nice to see every staff member take pride in their jobs and maintaining this property, that’s what keeps us coming back and the Cappuccino! 🥰 😂

Room door swipe entry system not working, 3 times, during stay. A bit frustrating. Why not work ? But easy to replace cards at reception from helpfull staff

The lady (I believe her name was Rochelle) who shuttled us around was terrific. It was after midnight, and she was very helpful and fun. We really appreciated her assist!

The heat-a/c unit rattled loudly every time it was about to shut off. The 1st time we thought someone was breaking in, but we were so tired from the flight we slept. The second night it kept us up.

The room and even outdoor area was extremely clean. Employees were helpful and friendly. Except for the sound of airplanes taking off since it's close to the airport, everything was perfect.

Sound of airplanes which is to be expected, I just hadn't thought about it prior to booking the room. I sometimes have difficulty sleeping if it's noisy but I did eventually go to sleep.

I loved how there was breakfast for me and my friends to eat for free instead of going to buy our own food. The front desk person was really nice as well. My room was super close to the shuttle bus I was taking so I loved it.

The power went out so my food got a little spoiled but it happens.
