The room was Very clean and spacious. Also Very private the room has a slider door to the pool and private jacuzzi tub fits 2 comfortably. The Staff was very nice . Above and beyond helpful and accommodating. The free breakfast was by far one of the best in the area. And the restaurant is open for dinner too I was given a 20% discount at check in for dinner It has a comfortable lounge feeling and the baseball game was on Parking well lit and safe. Also the key cards work with no problems. No running back and forth to front desk because the key stopped working. Very happy with experience and would book again. Thank you Azure Hotel

I liked the fact that the people who worked at the front counter were very professional, courteous, friendly and polite.. Furthermore, your staff from the housekeepers were very helpful, the woman named Myra who welcomed us for breakfast was very nice but the applause goes out Karen, Aidan and Nathaniel they worked their magic to keep us happy, so you need more people like them at your hotel.

Unfortunately at every hotel that you would stay at you come across noise but that's expected considering there's an airport close but other than that it was pleasant

We have family that stayed at the Azure and they highly recommended it. Everything was great. The hotel has an old school charm to it, especially the lobby. The breakfast was fine. They serve you scrambled eggs and hash browns, pancakes, waffles or something similar along with bacon or sausage. Other items are available such as oatmeal, cereal, juice and coffee. The pool and spa area was nice with a large patio area. The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

We wish there was coffee available in the lobby.

By far the best out of the 8 other local places I've stayed in. Stunning courtyard, great tub, beautiful setting, comfy room. The staff were very nice, i felt safe there... Easy location on and off the fwy... But

It just sucks i can't use my chime card there. They allowed it that time, which i appreciated... But they only allowed it that one time.. i would love to stay there again and spend my hard earned money there but they don't like my bank because it's virtual? That sucks. I really really liked this place and would have already been back at least twice by now but i chime 🤷🏻‍♀️

I liked that the property was right next to the Ontario convention where we went to CreepI.E.con and so all we had to do was walk to and from. Saved money on parking which was nice. The place was clean and i liked the rooms they were big and the bed was very comfy. The ac worked perfect for us & the bathroom was a good size. The free breakfast was really nice, I’m used just cereal or oatmeal when it’s free. But we got eggs & toast and sausage with hash brown which all tasted good with free orange juice & coffee.

I didn’t like that i had to ask for more towels there was only 2 towels in our room. So i had to get 3 more towels and more pillows and also more toilet paper we only had one roll for our stay for our entire stay.

Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Temp of room good. Didn’t use microwave, but the fridge kept our drinks nice and cold. Plenty of light. Loved the lamps where I could plug in my phone, iPad, and watch all together! The hairdryer didn’t work but housekeeping brought another within a few minutes.

I was in a room for the handicapped and the shower made a big water mess on the bathroom floor. You needed either a bigger floor mat or a longer shower curtain to stop the water from splashing out.

Breakfast included is very convenient! The rooms are spacious and clean. Property looked clean and well kept. Staff was courteous and efficient. Lots of parking. Spires restaurant is walking distance away.

The breakfast needs a little more tweaking. Add regular sized muffins. Add a DIY waffle machine right next to the toaster. Biscuits and gravy are also an affordable add. Periodically check the USB ports in the rooms. Thank you for having them but they all should be working. About half of ours in the room worked.

This is my favorite spot because everything is close by: Ontario airport, malls, restaurants, Cafés, Starbucks, shopping centers, movie theaters, and ect......

The customer service when checking in, the guy talked to fast I couldn't understand him at all I had to ask him to repeat himself. I think he's in the wrong job he should be a speaker seller at a auction or something lol

The front desk staff was very nice minus one guy who was snippy when we locked ourselves out but even he wasn’t terrible just seemed annoyed lol.

The housekeeper walked into my room not once but twice. She doesn’t knock she taps the door with her nail. At least that’s what it sounded like so I was listening to hear it again cause I thought it was the tree hitting the window and that’s when she walked into our room I told her we didn’t need it cleaned and asked for more towels. Then I put the second lock thing over the door and went to take a nap not even 30 minutes later i here the lock catch the door. She was trying to come in again. I’m not sure what the miscommunication was but she needs to KNOCK.

Staff was nice & helpful. I loved that their pool & jacuzzi were open late. Only breakfast item missing they need is bacon. Room was clean. Front staff informed us of everything needed before we got our room which was great. I love the free added parking as well. Their fountain is so relaxing for a sit outdoors.

They need a few different breakfast choices for a stay that's longer than 2 days. Overall was good
