I liked that the property is mainly a halfway point to Ontario mills and Victoria Gardens, many places to shop and eat. I also enjoyed the rooms being more of an apartment style rather than your typical hotel style where you’re facing another room. Another thing to add to this list is the parking. Their parking wraps around the entire building, very nice and spacious. I stayed in the King ADA room and I thought the bed was quite comfortable.

I personally disliked the AC unit that was in our room. It was working just fine for maybe 5 minutes and then started making a very loud/ constant noise that ended up disrupting my sleep. I also disliked how often our phone rang. Within an hour of being there, our hotel phone rang four times. We ended up just unplugging it with no issues.

When we got to the hotel we got there a bit early and we still got our room early.the staff on the front desk was friendly and polite. Definitely staying here again next year.

The one thing I didn’t like is that the didn’t have a basic breakfast hotel and we had to go to the front desk to ask for more towels and take the dirty towels to them so we could get new ones .

I very much liked the night shift Guy who provided me the things like extra pillows and extra towels. He was awesome! I wish I remembered his name?

The Ladie at the front office on Sunday January 05 2025 appeared to be annoyed and not happy in serving the customers. You can tell she didn’t want to be helping people. Perhaps she was having a bad morning? Hoping In the future she will be much more attentive with a smile on her face!

The Great, friendly, happy employees at the front desk , the awesome lady in the morning whom greets you where they serve breakfast at. She the best, I love her smile and how positive and great she makes me feel through out the day.

There's only 1 thing and that's the cart they have to unload your item from your car/ truck. The WHEELS on the cart are way to small and every crack, rock, pebble jams the cart up and you push a little harder and half of your items fall to the ground! They fall due to the small wheels. It's happened TWICE to me now, and I've been there only twice! Other than the cart? That's it, thank you for your time.

The check in and out was rapid and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. It was in a area convenient to various shopping and restaurants.

I was disappointed with the continental breakfast, but that is from my own expectations from staying at other hotels. There were some juices, which tasted like packets you add water too, some muffins and bread, some granola bars and oatmeal with various toppings oh and coffee. The room was typical, however it was a bit frustrating to have to use my card key for elevator access during day time hours, but I assume it is a security thing.

Looked newly renovated. Friendly staff. Basic breakfast.

Next to freeway. Signs say to leave trash outside door so hallway smelled. I carried trash to trashcan outside. Room looked super clean but smell of thrash lingered. 3rd floor hallway is enclosed so smell is trapped. Poor quality LED outdoor lights flickered probably due to heat.

It was very clean and easy to get there .

I didn’t like that they didn’t do my room every day we had to wait until the third day so they could do our room and we had to leave our trash outside our room so staff could pick it up . Hope you guys could do better .

I think if the bathroom door closed and if there was an elevator near the room we stayed at. We climbed three flights of stairs and couldn't get in the door with the key so went back to 2nd floor and got the elevator that way. Beds were uncomfortable too. Guy at check out said it's being demolished and rebuilt in the next year or so.

Great pool & jacuzzi. Restaurant, bar & Café on site with ample parking. About 30 minutes from Yosemite village, only 10 minutes from the park entrance. Very good value for the area. A little outdated, but exactly what I expected for the price

The pillows in the room were my only dislike. They are more like couch pillows than for a bed.

The location was perfect restaurants close the staff was wonderful. I can truly say customer service was excellent check in was quick.

There wasn't anything I didn't like everything met my expectation. While in Ontario this hotel is my normal go to place.
