Evan at the front desk was very personable. We appreciated having a kitchen area for cooking. Dishes and utensils were kept at the front desk and available for use - they were stored in bags - sealed and clean.

We had some issues with the internet at the beginning, though it was resolved by the second day. There were no tissues for the four days we were there because they were waiting for their supply to arrive.

Staff excellent. Room was quiet even though there was noise when in the hall. Recliner in rm 308 was difficult to close and is a slipping risk for a limited mobility senior citizen.

Convenient location close to main highway and shopping area. Quiet and included basic amenities like a fridge and microwave for longer stays. Good service from nice staff.

Floors were clean but sticky in certain spots. Would be nice to have toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash available without asking the front desk. Just as is standard now in other hotels, it would be a good investment for ESA to install refillable containers in the shower stall.

Staff was always pleasant and helpful and have a positive attitude.

When you go to the rear of the property, there's a lot of dog pop everywhere, and also, there are people sleeping in their cars. Which can make you and your spouse. This tells me that there's no security or camera in the rear of the property. I would think that all of the property should be a concern to the owners and management.

The location was close to the venue we were attending. It was close to alot of shopping centers and local restaurants which was a plus since we were from another state. Everything was easily navigated.

I wished they would clean the rooms like every other day. But we already knew the staff was only cleaning it every 8 days for longer stays.

The people that work there are great. Always available for anything I need and with a helpful attitude Thank you

The only thing I can even think of is the outside door on the east side of building is broken and it sucks to walk all the way around That’s it.

The room was absolutely huge not what we were expecting which was great since there was three adults it was almost 2 rooms in one

The room across from us when walking to it smelt like they had cooked fried chicken it sort of stunk the whole hall way up because they had the door open but once in the room we couldn't smell anything

Staff was very friendly

The pillows for the bed were flat and horrible. Bed and headboard moved and hit the wall every time you turned over. The breakfast was grab and go (oatmeal packets, granola bars and packaged muffins). Not a healthy breakfast. Not very appealing to the appetite.

Everyone is very welcoming. Very clean and great location. Beds were comfortable.

Breakfast is not Breakfast. Coffee tasted like soap for one and they only had oatmeal to offer. Maybe they can add some more for the kids at least.

Clean, quiet, easy check in check out

Breakfast options are sub par. Only offer coffee, muffin, and nutri-grain bar. This doesn’t count as “breakfast” in my opinion
