We had a great stay! The room on the 8th floor was spacious and offered stunning views. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night. We also really enjoyed the facilities—the swimming pool was clean and inviting, and the fitness center was well equiped. The staff at the reception desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better.

The hotel could benefit from some upgrades, as the furniture felt dated and showed noticeable signs of wear. Additionally, the escalator from the mezzanine level (elevators) to the lobby was out of order for several days, which was rather inconvenient and seemed to take a bit too long to repair.

The rooms are clean, quiet, and spacious. It felt very private. We were upgraded to a larger King room which was adjacent to the elevator, and the sound was not distracting.

The televisions are not Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc enabled, but I brought a Roku stick and made it work. Also, there is no microwave in the room, and a call to request one from the front desk did not yield a useful result.

Very nice hotel. Beautiful views of golf course. Convenient places to take your dog to relieve themselves. Had two really nice dinners at The Red Restaurant onsite.

The elevator situation was kind of clumsy. You had to go up to the Mezzanine Level and then get out and get another elevator to go up to your room. It was a hassle taking the dog out especially at 3:00 or 4:00 in the morning.

I think the continental breakfast is amazing. It had all the fixings and was a great meal to start the day. The restaurant overlooking the golf course and water feature is an absolute dream for a morning breakfast or an evening dinner. The staff for both the hotel and the restaurant were top notch and I am looking forward to going back there for years to come.

Beautiful golf course, the restaurant and bar were great as well as the service. Outdoor around a pool not for swimming but for the enjoyment and to enjoy a drink.

My only complaint is I stepped on a dried up contact in the bathroom and there was hair in the drain cover that was not mine. The room other than that was clean and comfortable.

It was my first time here with my husband & our 2 year old. My husband & I were impressed, overall. The room was super spacious, the view, the RED restaurant food was great, front desk was very polite, & the bell men were also very polite & welcoming. Great staff, great views, great food. We will deffinetly be returning. It was absolutely peaceful & met our expectations.

The view is fantastic no matter which side you're on. Well, i had the view of the roof and landscape. The time before that I had the view of the city which is better. . The staff were professional and humorous. The place is beautiful.

It was peaceful and in a beautiful setting for being near LA. Everyone was wondering and helpful.

Our only complaint is that there wasn’t an outlet near 1 side of the bed as both of us use CPAP machines at night.

There is some issue with hot water. The days we stayed were just after the storm which makes it a bit hard. But the staff were actively trying to fix it.

This hotel was close to home, but it felt like we were on a nice vacation. Everything was great, we had lunch and dinner and breakfast. Loved the atmosphere and view.
