Felt like the room more or less had all the essentials that you’d need so that helped me feel comfortable. Room service cleaning and calling front desk for any questions was pretty nice with the staff. Going to the breakfast room to get a quick bite in the mornings was a nice bonus.

Noise outside can be little annoying since there isn’t much noise suppression in the room. In my room at least, there was an issue where whenever I shower there’s some water leaking on the bathroom floor which gets bad especially if you shower for more than 15 minutes. Few other nitpicks but nothing that made me very upset.

The location was really nice, it was tucked quietly right behind a shopping center. Although it was right next to the freeway, the sound was not an issue. The area and surrounding community felt safe as there is not very much through traffic. There were a ton of convenience stores and places to eat nearby, most within a 5 minute drive. There was no upcharge for parking which was nice, and you could park close to your room. I would stay here again.

Nobody was at the front desk when we arrived, so we had to wait for a while before we could check in.

Kind staff...very accommodating. Had a sick grandchild and asked for a late check out the day we left. So understanding...the front desk was helpful and granted the late checkout. I did ask for more towels on the first night and the request was a difficult one apparently. Walked to the front desk twice as i was told the towels would be delivered, and was finally given one towel. It was a little late in the evening when the request was made. Thank you Fairfield inn. I'd definitely staff again!

Overall was very impressed with our stay here. The location was great and I felt safe in this hotel which is always a concern of mine as I have been in some sketchy hotels. The hot tub was great and the staff were very accommodating. When booking we thought our room had a jacuzzi tub but those are only in the king rooms which were fully booked so they gave us a spa tub that still had jets which was very nice. Was very comforting and charming, breakfast was great. Would stay again.

Upon arrival we had to wait about 30 minutes in the front lobby until staff showed up to check us into our room and the coffee machine in the room was broken but those were small inconveniences everything else was great.

Parking was included. The continental breakfast had a great Variety, including hot food as well(eggs, sausage, ect). Was done in a dining/restaurant style room. Self serve. This was the best part. Rooms are ok. Well kept. Restroom has plenty of corner room to get ready. Fridge&microwave in room.

The only dislike I had was that none of the outlets had a USB insert to charge my phone with just my cord. However the front office provided a charger box for me to borrow. Front staff was very friendly/ accommodating

The property is clean and comfortable. The front staff was friendly and nice. Overall it is a good value.

The only thing I didn’t like was that I didn’t get the houskeeping service that I was supposed to have. They give a house keeping every other day and I didn’t get it.

i loved the location because it’s near disneyland but then it’s so far from everything else but it’s a nice place

Everything at the hotel was great except from a couple things! like i realised on my 2nd day of being there that you can actually open the door without key card and there’s no way to lock which at first was okay if we accidentally walked out without the key but then it’s a bit worrying when you go out and no one is in the room so anyone can just go in but the people that were living in the hotel was super nice so we knew we didn’t have to worry! but another thing is the big swimming pool is very dirty i actually avoided going in and just went in the hot tub. so i think the swimming pool needs a deep clean before anyone should go in. but the hot tub was great!

Room was clean, comfortable. Bathroom was large with a large tub shower combo. Plenty of counter space. Came with a fridge and microwave...all the comforts of home. Even included a breakfast buffet every morning.

Clean safe facilities free breakfast saved me alot of money free hot tea in the lobby pretty good bargain.

The noise of the 91 freeway but staff immediately fixed the problem and got me a quiet room.

Breakfast was great! Room was clean! Shower pressure water temperature was excellent ! The front desk checking me in was very courteous and accommodating ! The staff who cleaned my room did and excellent job! Bed was made perfect, very impressive
