Your staff is outstanding they always had a smile and always asked if we were good and if we needed anything

I am not too much of a fan for sausages just wish I could’ve had more bacon for breakfast and nice homemade Orange juice

Super comfy beds, huge suites with all the amenities. The pool and hot tub were kept sparkling clean, some of the best I've ever seen. Breakfast was excellent, it is a buffet, but they have a hot item server who fills your plate with your requested items, such that you don't have everyone dipping into the food with higher chance of contamination.

No bananas at breakfast, but they did have a very nice mixed fruit salad every day. No stationary bike in the gym, but the rest of the equipment was all well maintained and functional. Our AC unit was making some excess racket the first night, so after that we just chilled the room down while we were still awake, then shut it off and just ran the fan on high all night. The room stayed a perfect sleeping temperature. No 24 hour coffee and juice, they shut that down at 9am-ish after breakfast hours end.

It was the best breakfast I’ve ever had among hotels of this kind. The eggs were actually real we cooked in front of you.

It’s always clean

We always rent an electric vehicle to save on gas while we are there. In the past the electric charging station was free. Since the last time we came they put in new charging stations and charge. The problem we had was it would not fit in the Tesla we rented. The charger had this upper piece that did not fit. So each time we had to find a charging place instead of having the convenience of using the hotel station. Also the night we were there, there was a power outage for over an hour. It happened after 10pm and nothing was working. I wish the staff would have come around to tell everyone what was going on. Elevators did not work, and people on my floor were outside of their rooms wondering what was going on. No communication at all.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The room was very big, clean, comfortable, and had good water pressure. It was a quiet location, and we loved the area. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

There were lots of ants in the pool area and the outside patio. Half of the parking lot was blocked off one day, making it difficult to find a parking space. The breakfast hours were way too early. 7-10 would be better. Overall amazing experience!

The front desk employee was wonderful, helpful and compassionate to me after I just had a surgery.

The manager the night i stayed was rude and disrespectful. I had just had a surgical procedure and my best friend attempted to check in while I was in the car as it is hard for me to get out. She was rude to my friend and made me come in to check in despite myself giving my friend my military ID, drivers license and card used. When I approached the front desk she was giving what looked like a sneer face and dirty faces towards myself and my friend.

We arrived past midnight for our check in and our room was still available for us. I was nervous about it being on ground floor becaue of morning time noise, but it was not an issue. This hotel was really lovely. Room was very spacious, clean, comfortable. Staff were very friendly. So lovely that I stayed at an Ayres the next night in a different town. Ample parking and good shops, food, groceries around the vicinity. I would definitely return.

The room is big, bed is super comfy, and the bathroom is super super clean! For us the location is a bit far frm where we supposed to go, but we dont mind since the area is so quiet, some fast food nearby like mcD, Denny's, Tacobell. Additional free bfast is also a plus, make us less worry in the morning 😃

The room was spacious and clean. The kitchenette was very nice, with a fridge and microwave. The kids (9 and 7) loved the huge bath and the sofa bed was their favorite and most comfortable bed of the whole trip (this includes a king size bed in Vegas, so there you go). The location is great, a lot of restaurants/fast food nearby. Also distance to LA and the Disney Parks is great. Breakfast was a big plus. Good quality!

Nice quiet place and reasonable price!

The second night we were there, our sink was making weird sounds. We had to call the front desk to find out if there were any plumbing problems. After waiting a couple of hours the plumbing noise stopped. Really weird and odd, just inconvenient as we were getting ready for bed.
