Stayed in rm 112, very spacious, clean and comfy. It had a mini fridge, iron, ironing board, clean set of towels and small closet rack with hangers. Staff was pleasant aka greeted very nicely by the front desk and booking online with booking.com made check in a breeze. The bed was a king size bed, comfy with modern motel linen/blankets, love seat with coffee table, dresser and mounted TV. In the lobby area there is a microwave to use and drink vending machines which both really came in handy to heat up our late night meal. The pool area looked clean but we didn't swim and fun fact it's surrounded by plumeria and hibiscus flowers. Plenty of on-site parking in an open parking lot (which also was clean). I like the fact that the room isn't on the street it's actually tucked in the back of the small shopping center. Which also attributes to the quiet. Very quiet and peaceful, made for a good night's rest. When we visit family, we will definitely stay here again.

I screwed up my reservation through Expedia and was a day earlier than my reservation. The guy at check-in (around 9pm) had no issues with it, and he gave me the rooms anyway. He said we'll figure it out in the morning. You never see that kind of service anymore. The hotel surroundings and parking lot were very neat and clean.

Need towel racks and places to hang wet towels. The little shampoo packets aren't good. I didn't need the room cleaned and serviced since I was only staying 2 nights, so I put the do not disturb sign on the door. It was removed and room was serviced.

Comfy bed, hot shower, good size room, pool, secluded location, and plenty of food locations to choose from. The staff was very helpful.

It rained while I was there and the parking lot drain was a bit clogged and made a pond.... obviously not the hotel's fault but the city's. It was a minor thing. My stay went very well.

It was very peaceful and quiet

The pool was closed and the ice machine was broken. There was street construction so it was hard to enter and exit the hotel.

It was very inviting, the rooms were big and comfortable. I went for 1 night and stayed the whole week.

That there wasn't any kind of discount for staying more than 1 night.

It is a quiet location. It is located at the back of the property. It is within walking distance to fast food services. It is close to some great golf and massage spas

Pool and spa should have been open. At 5am someone tapped on my door, by the time I opened the door they were gone. I stepped out to see if someone needed assistance, no one was in sight.

No breakfast, don’t care for the animals that are welcome there. But everything else is perfect.

The location is very comfortable; absolutely Love the calm and peace of the place, the employers/ owners are always very nice and approachable. I hands down absolutely love the azusa inn and I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice spot to enjoy and rest without having to worry about the high pricing , it definitely satisfies my budget! Lol

I liked the secluded area. It was hidden from the street and still very well kept. the landscape was well taken care of which gave me hope for the interior and i was right. the pool and spa area were also very relaxing.

check in was a hassle

There was no breakfast but that's okay I don't eat breakfast. The inn is back off of the highway so it was very quiet. I would stay here again.

I had no issues with any of the inns facility.
