Bed was the comfiest I’ve had in a long time. 10 out of 10 for the bed.

We showed up Saturday at 11am and first thing they said “ check in is at 3pm”. They still allowed me to check in however they weren’t very happy about it. Staff gave me a hard time about booking with a 3rd party. We didn’t make it one day. And I was told they couldn’t refund me that money. Which I never asked or argued about. We knew we would take a lose.. They also were painting the stairs which was an inconvenience knowing it was a long weekend. They could’ve done the painting during the week.

Good location as far as Asian friendly area. The room amenities like slippers, robes and big bath towels. The coffee in the lobby as well as room was a plus. Excellent breakfast and Alma, who was sweet, kind and helpful... the smile was the best!

The sugar ants in the bathroom. Too much light in the bathroom when you first walk in... tone down with self adjustment.

I liked everything of the property the parking lot and the walk way of the rooms the floor was clean no cigarette buds and had trash cans with ash trays also everything was sanitized clean plus beds were completely comfortable better bed then what i got myself at home so I would definitely come stay here again and breakfast feast was delicious and secuirty pratrolll outside I didn’t have to worry about my car getting stolen or something to happen so thank you for the stay I would say at least 4 atar

The breakfast was excellent! The food and drinks tasted good, the options were good, the dining room was clean and well attended to. The gentleman who brought the food and cleaned up the area worked hard and was consistently pleasant and courteous (he is a gem!). I enjoyed every breakfast in your dining area. The room was very clean and well stocked.

We switched rooms at the start of the visit due to the freeway noise. Other than moving your hotel away from the freeway I don’t have a suggestion.

loved that breakfast was included in our stay. bed were nice and comfy and the facilities were all super clean. we loved the pool area and spa. Loved that staff was always so friendly and helpful.

Honestly there was nothing we didn’t like about the property well maybe except we wished the pool area would have stayed open later. If I’m not mistaken I think they close the pool area at 8pm. We got back from Universal Studios around 8:30 or 9pm and it was closed. We wished we could have gotten in the spa for a bit to relax our tired muscles. Other than that I adore this property and stay here every time I visit California.

They have an amazing buffet style breakfast. The staff is always kind and courteous. The location is close to many great restaurants and shopping locations. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are always well kept.

The proximity to the highway makes it hard to avoid the constant noise of vehicles but amusingly enough, they do provide ear plugs in the room.

Very good location and absolute price. Free breakfast is a plus. Very kind staff. Clean restroom but no exhaust fan. Need to deep clean carpet, no room lipper provided.

Newly renovated and comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff. Enjoyed the quiet from an interior room which did not face the freeway. Close to our destinations for the day. Very comfortable beds

Horrible WiFi that kept dropping. Was not able to connect my laptop at all. The A/C unit was a bit noisy.

It was so conveniently literally a hop skip and a jump from boiling crab, the happiest place in earth! Haha... it was quiet clean nice set up in room.
