William was so polite & very welcoming at check in * even though we arrived around 930pm He 100% exceeded our expectations. The room was very quiet , clean & had comfy beds.

I wasn't notified that there were feather pillows ( I'm highly allergic) At check out this am the young Asian guy didn't great me , just looked at me , I said I need to check out he grabbed my cards & went back to looking at a screen , I said Well Ty he said your welcome never thanked me for staying or asked how my stay was * He is very unwelcoming * A smile & a friendly hello goes a long way or a simple Thank you for staying. We travel alot with corporate several of us at different times , he would absolutely be the reason I wouldnt recommend anyone.

My room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. My room was next to elevator on 5th floor and I was worried at first that there would be a lot of noise, but I rarely heard anything going on outside my room. Holiday Inn's are my favorite hotels due to their reputation of cleanliness and comfort. I would definitely not hesitate to stay here again if I ever have the need to travel through again.

The only down side to the hotel is that there is no continental breakfast included like most of the hotels in the area. There was a sign in lobby that said breakfast was $17 and they had a small bar/restaurant area for dining. I didn't end up eating there, so I don't know if it would have been worth the price. I ended up grabbing breakfast elsewhere on my way out of town. Would have been nice to have the included continental breakfast before leaving.

Breakfast was good. Liked different specials each day along with regular items. Staff was super friendly. Liked that they had a bar/restaurant for evening. Felt safe walking my service dog at night. Convenient to freeway. Loved the large parking lot with good space for our truck with trailer!

Our rooms were facing freeway and had constant low hum of freeway noise which bothered my husband but not me.

Quietly tucked away in Diamond Bar - great price and wonderful room! The beds were absolutely comfortable with smooth, comfy sheets. The AC worked so great! The toilet actually flushes quickly! The shower amenities (Dove products) smelled great and made the shower area smell good!

For a good size hotel, I felt like the property could have more elevators or bigger elevators.

Every single person with whom I encountered was incredibly friendly and accommodating. A special shout out to William at the front desk and Marcos at the bar/restaurant. William overheard me say to my husband that I needed something in my stomach, so I could take my meds. The restaurant had just closed from lunch, but William took me back into the restaurant and told me I could have whatever I needed. How incredibly KIND!

Everything was great!

The bed in our room was super comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful and we had no problem checking in early! Very accommodating.

The air conditioner was noisy, it needed some service in my opinion. The Keurig coffee maker in our room didn't work, but the staff allowed us to get coffee and hot water from the breakfast buffet even though we did not pay for that.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful!

Our first night there, we didn’t notice the carpet was wet until the middle of the night when we had no shoes on and had to request to be placed in another room. The staff was very accommodating and moved us into another room. Thank you!

Bed was very soft and comfortable.

An error was made and we had a duplicate reservation. The hotel would not cancel our reservation for one of the 3 days that were duplicated.

The beds were so comfortable! The room was nice and we had a balcony with a great view.

It was 18 dollars for breakfast. Also out on the balcony the noise from the freeway is very loud.

I liked the size of the room very comfy and spacious.

A guest was using the washer and dryer since 9PM and didn't finish until 12AM. I had to check out the next day and only had one load while she had 6. Plus the guest kept taking things out of the dryer one at a time to fold them while it was still trying to dry the rest of the clothes. Told the front desk about it and nothing was done to resolve the issue I wasn't finished washing my clothes and drying them until 2 in the morning.
