Clean rooms..

We checked in early paid online.. then getting to the room they charge us double.. only returning us a deposit that clearly we knew had to be paid.. we only stood Kuz we had court day and didn’t have time to look for another suite.. next morning another representative was there and telling us that they’re was no reason to pay double.. he was going to make sure he returned that extra paid we did.. but never did..

Chocolate waffle for breakfast!! The soap didn't dry my skin, and the shampoo and conditioner was very nice. The room was cozy and the bed was comfortable. The tap water was good. That was amazing!

Having only one ice machine was kinda a drag, as it was om the second floor and we were on the third floor. The lobby was cold, and the breakfast area was right next to the front door. It may be better in the summer, but it was cold to me.

Everything was in our exception's the continental breakfast, the Host are very friendly and the room is clean and furniture was very comfortable! Thank you for a great stay. We will definitely be back again!

Coffee maker in the room didn't work very well! but the coffee they served in the Lobby was Great!

I like the breakfast in the morning, especially the chocolate waffles.

More cameras, a little better lighting.

We booked early check-in on BOOKING.com and price was great.. once getting to the room they charged us $10 extra per hour.. total of $80 that was BS.. if it wasn't for the fact we we're sleep and tired driving more then six hours we would not have stayed..

I stayed here as I was in town for a concert at the glass house and I was very delighted to stay here. It provided comfort and I felt safe staying here alone. Staff was friendly and courteous.

The Staff is always Greet you very nice! the rooms are clean and if we ever need anything there right there to help. thank you for a wonderful stay!

the rooms were very excellent. couldn’t get too much sleep because the couple next door sounded like they were right in my room. having relations. but besides that. perfect.

just the thin walls. beds should be opposite of the next room. you can hear everything in the next room. and the parking. too dim in the back. I was kinda scared to get out my car. I don’t live out there. so I was skeptical

The staff were patient with me during my checkin when I had issues with my credit card. They also assisted in getting a cab for me on Sunday morning at 5:00 am after I had been ghosted by Uber. The breakfast was awesome.

The gym didn't have an elliptical

New owner was very accommodating to our needs made sure that we had what we needed to make our party comfortable. Breakfast was good as well, thank you
