My sister and I have stayed here a few times in the past and are normally beyond satisfied with our stay. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I’m sure we’ll stay again in the future.

Only downside this time was not getting the type of room I had booked and being stuck with the view of the rooftop above the entrance of the hotel. Thankfully it wasn’t anything we could not deal with for our short stay, but it was a little disappointing. Besides those small details, it was a wonderful stay as usual.

Like that they had pool and alot parking light up

I didn't like restaurants close too early and bar ,,,when you check in I got king bed on booking com when in hotel guys was so rude it's wasnot his fault he gave two queen but I try explaining it to him he told if I got king bed he didn't want to fix my room or he said cancel get no room was so rude I will never go there ever again so we stay in two queen but I book a king bed I was unhappy

We drive out for the NHRA Winter Nationals each year and we've been on a quest for a long time to find the best hotel near the track. This wins hands down. Just pulling into the driveway was impressive. The main entrance and the super helpful and friendly lady behind the desk were just as awesome. It was late so my anticipation of a good night sleep was huge. The bed was clean! I'm the type that will throw the pillow is on the floor if there is hair or anything on it. Thank God for a good night's sleep.

Very friendly and efficient front desk staff. Nicely appointed hotel convenient to many places to eat. I love their showers. Great design. Knobs to turn things on are opposite the shower head so you don't have to get your hair wet if you don't want to.

On checkout the elevators weren't working. It was an earthquake safety thing. I really appreciated that the staff offered extra time to check out, which was all they could really do.

Hotel was comfortable and clean. Loved the restaurant and bar.

I left a book behind. They refused to return it without a prepaid mailing label making it difficult for me and causing delays in getting it back. I offered to give them my credit card number to pay for the package but they wouldn't take it. Also communications with the Head Housekeeper did not go well. She didn't return my messages on a timely basis or at all. I had to get the manager and front desk involved even though the Head Housekeeper was in charge of returning items to guests. I felt like the whole process was not very guest-friendly. Not sure if I will return.

Welcoming atmosphere from the parking lot to the greeting at the the front desk. Very spacious lobby and restaurant area. It appeared to be a very new property. I had a very spacious room. It could have been very comfortable for a family of 4. I never heard any of the neighboring rooms. Breakfast was included & it was quite adequate, serving a good variety of choices. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Loved the comfort of the room, actually think we got the same room as our last stay there, which we loved.

The late check in times usually tend to cause issues with our trip plans. They did manage to get us in about half an hour earlier though which was pushing it close for our plans but better then not getting in because otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to check in till late that night because of our trip plans.

The room and property were very clean. Bed was super comfortable. Big TV, lots of channels. Good sized room.

It’s right next to the highway. My room overlooked the highway but it was quiet. I was on a quick stop over so no big deal, although the front of the hotel faces the mountains/pool.

Front of house staff were wonderful.

4 adults- father and 3 children(adults) We requested extra towels and it wasn’t provided twice. Breakfast staff unfriendly and was only concerned about taking our breakfast coupon, but should have been tending too the items that had run out and was not available to us when we arrived.

Our room was really clean and decorated really nicely. Location was perfect.

Didn't really like that there was no fan in restroom and that the restroom door was a sliding door instead if a swinging door. Sliding door didn't close enough for privacy.
