We chose to stay here before we headed to Las Vegas the next day. The hotel is great.

When we checked in, we had booked three rooms in advance, but the check-in lady said we had only booked two. She told me it was Booking.com's problem, not the hotel's. Fortunately, they had a room for us on that day, so they checked us in. We finally got three rooms. But it was the first time I had been told the number of the rooms I booked was different from the rooms I got at a hotel. It wasn't a pleasant experience.

Location was perfect

They charge me for parking and I was told if I download the app I will be free parking. I didn’t appreciate the price didn’t include the parking. I downloaded the app and still was charged for parking not happy. I tried calling and everyone game me the round, around and no one helped me.

Very courteous staff. Clean surroundings. Clean room. Morning breakfast included was very good. Staff at morning breakfast was exceptional and went out of their way to help us.

Everything was good. No complaints

The staff, especially the front desk, was perfectly attentive. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location of the property was also great as there were plenty of places to eat nearby.

We had trouble accessing the wifi, and ended up having to use cellular data for the duration of the stay.

Enjoyed the hotel and accommodations provided. The close proximity to entertainment and, shopping, and food is excellent.

The Bar area is not open at all times

Oh man the location! This part of town is super clean, LOTS of business and food options right near the hotel. Facilities were outstanding. Great indoor pool.

Wish the sofa bed was a little bigger. Wish they had a hot tub!

The facilities were nice, and the staff was very good.

My only dislike of the place would be that it didn't have a jacuzzi or sunken tub. After a long day of driving, my back needed a break, and having something to soak in would have been helpful, but such is life.

Property was clean and staff was friendly.

We had a room with a king bed and sofa bed. King size was comfortable but the sofa bed was terrible! Sofa beds aren’t normally super comfy but this one was out of the park awful.

I loved the customer service and the AC in the room. I loved the comfort of the bed and easy functioning of the restroom.

The price was just a bit high.

I didn’t have time to eat breakfast at the hotel but I was told it was very good.

Nothing I can think of. Our needs were met during our stay.
