I liked how homely the hotel felt. I also appreciated all the utensils that were provided in our room, there was more in there than I expected. I was very impressed too with the breakfast service and options. I eat a vegan diet and was anticipating the idea that I may not have much to choose, but was pleasantly surprised to see oat milk was offered, hot cereal and various topping to put on top it of or make my own cold cereal with the granola and fresh fruit.

If I had to say pick something I didn't like it would be the fact that I didn't have a room with an oven. I was given the option to request prior to booking the stay, but I was informed and understood that it wasn't guaranteed that I would get one. I also wish there was hand soap in the bathroom, I used the shampoo in place of the hand soap when I first used the bathroom.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The pool was too crowded with unsupervised children.

We loved the generous breakfast options! The breakfast options and area were well arranged and clean.

The only water refill station was broken which was in the gym. Perhaps having a second station would help.

love how spacious the rooms are we stayed in the King room with a sofa bed whoever designed the space use the space exceptionally well everything had a purpose, and was very useful and comfortable loved the room  and already reserved for our next trip 

there was nothing that I can complain about in the room. The only thing I can say that was a little negative is the elevator was very scary to ride in it would shake a lot and crackle a bit uncomfortable to ride in 

The amenities were above and beyond any hotel we have stayed at before. Our kids loved the basketball court and pool and our entire family enjoyed the bbq’d area. We we’re able to gather at all the outdoor tables and couches for lunch and in the evening. Would definitely stay here again

During our 4 day stay no one came to our room at all for cleaning.

Everything! The amenities were fantastic from the basketball court, the the bbq’s and court yard seating to the pool. My kids and our entire family enjoyed it all! Everything was clean and well kept up within the hotel.

During our 4 day stay we never received any room service for garbage removal or fresh towels

When my Husband and I walked in we were greeted by the receptionist with a welcoming smile, and she addressed all our concerns to assure us that our stay would be safe and comfortable…

Every thing was very nice!!!

The buffet was perfect just need more meats for the people who don't eat pork

The ac in my room was just to loud eveytime it went off

Simple check in, friendly staff, comfy room.

Ran out of breakfast early. Although there was water available in the lobby, it would be great to have coffee too.

The property was nice. The staff was great

The beds are terrible and we found a Maggot in one of the room while pulling out the bed from the couch. The staff did change us room. but it was disturbing.
