It is perfect to go to wherever we needed that are close by almost everywhere.

I don’t like nothing. Especially, I didn’t know we supposed to request for the room to be cleaned. It wasn’t your faults and it makes sense. Just thinking maybe it will be helpful if you staffs let the people know about request the room to be cleaned or so then they would not be confused like myself. Some different hotels I stayed, we hang the card on front door when we have to leave so that way the maids would know I don’t need it be cleaned and I wasn’t confused because I knew already. Some other hotels I went to stay, and didn’t hang the card on front door, so maids knew I did need the room to be cleaned. But most thing is I enjoy resting in this nice room. Bed comfortable excellent with being a beauty baby 🥰

The front staff was polite and friendly, accommodating. The lobby had a modern, fresh look. The room itself was roomy, clean with thoughtful touches, like having nightstands on both sides of the bed, chargers, room darkening shade, and more. Nice to have a basic hot breakfast that included fresh fruit and oatmeal. Nice to have music playing in the lobby as some hotels are just totally quiet and dull.

Not much! The lobby couches are a little stiff, was all dark when we came in around 11 pm. Shower pressure is too much of a good thing- a little strong, could almost take someone's skin off (j/k but it almost felt like it). Sink needed its own soap- I guess you are supposed to just use the body wash pump soap to the side.

The room was big. I liked the amount of towels and the bathroom was super clean. Also, I loved the dove products in the bathroom!

The TV was terrible! I wish there was a way to actually see the guide and when I would use the guide the channels didn’t match. Also it would be nice to have an option for Netflix or something like that or a screen mirror function so I could screen my phone to the tv

Some of the staff was really friendly and outgoing to help. Room was clean, grounds are well kept and clean. Close to places to get food and not too far from the airport.

The one night manager that was too busy watching A game on TV to address my TV problem.

I like it because the service is good . Everything is clean and the area is nice and quiet. A lot of restaurants and liquor stores around the hotel makes it easy to get food or whatever. I’ll probably be going back.

To much for the check in .. another hotels just ask for ID and that’s it .

The hot tub was hot as was the breakfast! The bed was comfortable! Overall, the whole experience was tremendous!! Mose

I don’t think there was anything I didn’t like - that’s how tremendous it was! And I’m an old Mose I knows 😊

Closing of the breakfast area should have been announced 5 minutes prior. I wanted to go back for pancake and oatmeal at 9:07 but the doors were already closed.

The location was ideal for our reunion. The hotel was clean

The elevator repair guys were loud but it was during the daytime hours so okay.

He’s IHG we have stayed it and I travel a fair amount. Theses hotels are one of the best affordable hotels around.

Locations was great by food and the hotel and breakfast was fantastic.

There was always plenty of options for breakfast and the times we’re reasonable, I loved that I could get hot coffee at all hours of the days and not just morning. Bed were more comfortable than expected and I enjoyed them clean environment!

I wasn’t aware that on arrival I’d pay an incident fee of 250 upfront. Though I understand then need I would have planned my own finances out before hand if I knew in advance.
