My wife and I stayed here on 4 FEB 23-5 FEB 23. Front desk clerk spent 10-15 min arguing with someone on the phone and did not even acknowledge me standing there waiting to check in. Front desk clerk also told us that since we booked using a 3rd party that our WiFI would be based off the name I used to book.

We were unable to access the WIFI because we booked through 3rd party according to the front desk agent. She made it sound lke it was our fault we could not login. I have booked other hotels using 3rd party and have NEVER has an issue with the WIFI. Hopefully Homestead remedies this issue.

Loved the location and cleanliness. The staff was super friendly and the rooms were spacious! Loved that our room had a small kitchen area which always helps out when im traveling with food/ snacks! Breakfast had plenty options to choose from.

Entrance is a bit confusing. And many parking spots occupied late at night by shuttle vans taking 3-4 spaces at a time. Had to park a little aways from hotel entrance.

The property wasn’t to bad was in a good area and was very convenient  to stores and restaurants near by

The hot tub was down and the rooms need a lil work done to them and updated a lil bit

Nice location, we got a suite it was like a mini apartment with a full size fridge and kitchen. Comfortable and quiet.

There were a couple of things in the room that weren’t clean but over all a nice stay.

Excellent stay! Breakfast exceeded expectations.

Pool too crowded to use. Noisy at midnight with someone playing basketball on property’s court.

The room was perfect for us and our needs. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious and we usually do not partake. We made sure to have breakfast the next morning as well.

Some people did not pick up after their own pets.

I love the breakfast buffet wherein you can make your own waffle. All staff are friendly and accommodating, they were helpful with us and patient as we checked in really late as we got stuck in traffic from LAX going to Rancho Cucamonga. The area is also nice and a perfect spot as it's in the middle of restaurants, just few minutes away from the Ontario Mills Outlet Mall, near Costco, near to Victoria Gardens as well.

The staff was friendly and the room was perfect for our needs.

Some people did not pick up after their pets.

It was a suite, very spacious,.. dog friendly.

I know it was a pet friendly. But the living room could of had a update sofa, so when you sit on cushion, it wouldn't sink.,Mold in bath around tub. We are people too as well... Hope to see you soon.
