The place was so clean! I loved every part of it!

Room was spotless. Very nice layout and design. Super spacious. Bed was comfortable. Very quiet; no noise from other rooms/guests. Close to the aiport. Free breakfast was good.

You have to pay for parking, which seems silly if you're a guest.

Rude front desk people. Probably overworked and underpaid, not their fault for a bad attitude from checking in to requesting a late check out. 2nd time staying there. 2nd time I wish I could check in and out from my phone without interaction with front desk/

it’s was very comfortable, the staff was very accommodating with my requests, it was fairly new and very well kept, and I felt safe the entire time.

You will need a rental car due to the facts there isn’t anything within walking distance. Eateries and shopping centers aren’t walking distance. It’s truly located in a area where you can get AWAY from everything to relax. The breakfast selection wasn’t the best, but the food was good. I’m a foodie so toast sausage and yogurt wasn’t enough for me. They didn’t have a hotel shuttle so I’d recommend getting a rental car or prepare to utilize Lyft or Uber whenever you want to get around. parking for guest is $8 a day…

Great location, very clean, lots of room for my kids to spread out and relax. The free breakfast had a wide selection, even the kids found things they liked.

The bed was a bit harder than I'm used to, woke up a little sore.

Great hotel for what we needed, which was a stop off during a sports tournament. Pool was heated and hot tub was fine. No luxury, but none was expected! The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Good bathroom and desk. Staff were lovely, gym was great. Breakfast was surprisingly good, as included in the price.

Hot tub wasn't super clean and needed more bins in the pool area, but otherwise nothing

Need more garbage cans for guests and/ or garbage cans in rooms. Elevator garbage cans full from guest take out meals and sometimes over flowing

Staff was amazing all the way around, from front desk to the breakfast staff. I slept so well that I didn’t get a chance to use the gym, which was worth it :)

Couple items were not stocked properly.. ex one coffee cup, one coffee pod, empty lotion bottle. Back up blanket was odd.

The location was central to the airport, shopping, food and freeways. The breakfast offerings were very nice and fresh.

It was inconvenient to have to go down to the front desk to ask for towels, blanket and toilet paper.
