Breakfast was excellent and custom made omelettes were a nice surprise. The room was very spacious. We had a king suite with sofa bed in front room, separate little bedroom and kitchenette. Just perfect for our family and privacy. The sofa bed was actually quite comfortable. I would stay again.

Nothing. All was really excellent. Some staff were a bit on the grumpy side but nothing is perfect.

The staff was very responsive to our requests. The restaurant’s food was delicious. I had the flatbread and my husband had the grilled cheese. The flatbread could have fed 3 people.

The guest laundry needs to be updated with new machines that take credit cards vs coins. The hallways were not air conditioned and very warm. Also the hallway carpet needs to be replaced. Quite a few bleached areas. The bed was not comfortable and both of us woke up with backaches.

I liked that breakfast was served prompltly at 6am. We had to head out early each morning and having breakfast ready to go was a big plus for us. the location of the breakfast was very easy to find. also there was plenty of room to sit with my family.

what i didnt like was the variety. we were here for 5 nights. After the 3rd day the same breakfast was a little boring. It would have been nice for a little variety maybe every 2 days. Also the complimentary evening snacks were nothing impressive. started off nice with fruit and cheeses but by the 3rd day there was only trailmix and chips and salsa. i wouldve preferred a wider variety of snacks

One of the best hotels we've stayed in! Everything about it was exceptional. Very easy to get to from the freeway. Room was large, comfortable, and quiet. We had dinner in their restaurant and it was fantastic. Breakfast was above and beyond our expectations--they make omelets to your specification!!

Nothing I can think of...I'm just sorry we couldn't stay longer!

The WIFI did not work. The price was very high and did not justify the benefits. Guests shouldn't have to pay for parking in an unsecured and unpatrolled parking lot - that's just greed.

We stayed in the bedroom that had 2 queens and a fold out sofa bed. Everything was clean, we had enough towels, the free breakfast in the morning was decent . Bed was ok , shower amenities were nice since i had forgotten my body wash,.

The beds comfort level would be an 8. Not bad but not the best.

This was a great location for my needs. it was quiet (except for freeway noise), clean and my queen suite was spacious. The café was serving halibut the night I was there which was incredible!

I am really can’t think of anything I did not like, except for it being a little pricey.

Staff were friendly and helpful.

The carpet in the room has multiple stains.

Breakfast was very good I just don't care for Powdered Eggs. The Eggs to order station was a great fix for the powered eggs. I like the way you change up the breakfast menu.

I did not like the ideal of having to pay for parking. You had plenty of space and parking should have been provided for free. There was no TUBs in the Room only a showere.

Everything is always very lovely and clean . The staff were amazing and always willing to help with a smile on their face . We Love the rooms and all the amenities, especially the breakfast and happy hour . This location always is our go to for our business trips to Southern Ca .
